The hotel located in good location, walking distance from theatre, muzeums, stores, parks. Also near the metro station, so you can go anywhere by metro. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, great stuff, good breakfast for the value Located near the park, there is some attraction for children in the park and very good restaurant

We took rooms with garden view, don't know how it's with other rooms: The hotel is located near the park, and there were a concert everyday in the evening from 7-9PM. I'm not sure if it was because of the holiday or it's everyday thing, but if you want to relax in the evening in quite room after a long day, you should wait until the concert is over

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable and large. The hotel was close to the main road. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging everything that we asked for and answering all of our questions. The price was great too.

The breakfast could be better, but it's around standard for what you get in Tajikistan, unfortunately. The location was nice, but just about 1KM further north than where much of the action is, and off a back-road that's unlit at night. It's a really safe location as is basically anywhere in Dushanbe, but just a bit further of a walk than I'd like.

Location was good. Adjacent to a big restaurant Fish & Bread & also adjacent to a park.Room was big & bed were comfortable.

They charged me $10 for one way airport pick up. But some how due to their internal misunderstanding there was no one at the airport to pick me up. Their contact number was not reachable & I had to send them email to pick me up & I was waiting outside of the airport in the cold wind. Then after 40 minutes someone came to pick me up. Beside this overall was okay.

Room smells so good! Staff are helpful, warm, very welcoming and speak English. It was my first time in Uzbekistan so they helped me get comfortable in a new country. "Bek" from reception was kind enough pick me up from the parking lot when I arrived at past 10pm. The taxi driver doesn't speak English and had called him using the hotel address and phone print-out I gave. (Note: I had a printed copy of the hotel address and phone number in Cyrillic. On booking.com website, you can change the country in location preferences and copy the address from there.) The reception is on the 3rd floor of a building near a beautiful park and right next door are L'Opera, an Italian restaurant with a gelato stall (Dolce Italiana) and Fish & Bread. It's not hard to find as the entrance is marked. Location is amazing, 950 meters from Kosmonavatlar metro, one of the most beautiful metros in Tashkent. It's also close to ATMs, cafes and other restaurants. The park which is just outside the hotel is a great place to walk, run or just hang-out. Getting to the hotel, I just walked out of the airport, past the overwhelming sea of people and got on an unmarked taxi parked outside. I was charged 10 USD for the ride to the hotel (I gave him 100,000 UZS as I didn't have smaller bills in USD), about 28 minute ride from Tashkent International Airport. I'm not sure if that was a good price but to me it was reasonable, considering that the driver used his own phone to call the hotel. I would have booked Yandex but the sim card counters were already closed by the time I arrived and had no internet.

Very clean and comfortable room. Location is good, even though not as close to the metro station as we thought.

quite pricey and the staff did not really care. We asked them to organize a taxi for us: we had to ask multiple times until it was done and when the driver was almost an hour late for pick up they kept telling us he would be here “in 5 minutes”, instead of calling him and asking him how long it was really going to take. not all staff at the reception speaks Englisch.

Nice hotel right in the shopping centre building, very clean, 2 bottles of water provided every day, nice refrigerator and small balcony in the room, park view, good wifi, good air conditioning, good tv with international channels, water cooler at reception 24/7, and the reception is there 24/7 as well. Nice receptionists, helped me with the taxi and carried my luggage to the car. Excellent Italian restaurant L'Opera right downstairs, very convenient! ATMs around the corner of the entrance to the left.

Very loud music right in front of hotel every day from 20 to 22, you can only stay with a window shut during these hours and still you will hear the noise. Rather thin walls - even during the night you can hear the reception, people talking in other rooms, footsteps in the corridor, etc

Exceeded our expectations by a long shot! Great location, great facilities and friendly team. Would always stay again there (although a bit more dear)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, although not new. Wifi is good and stable. The curtains keep the room dark enough early in the morning. If you have a room with a balcony, you can hear birds singing and it's very green in the park.

The matress was damage on one side. The bathroom is tiny and won't be comfortable for big people. Location is good on the one hand (green , restaurants and currency exchange around), on the other there is music, people talk and smoke under the windows until late. Also, there is a night club in the same building so you can feel and hear the beat of music until 4-5 am.

Staffs were amazing ! There were several staffs who speak English, too. When my friend dropped her passport, they helped us to find and pick up. Thanks to their help, we could continue our journey! The room was clean and spacious. The location was wonderful! We enjoyed taking a walk in a park nearby in the morning. They were also several other touristy places where we could walk to !
