The room was very clean and everything feels like new, the breakfast was awesome you need to be there at early as possible to have breakfast some items they will not refill. The receptionist Mr.Izzat was very supportive they helped me to print my travel documents without any extra charge.

While booking the room please make sure that your are booking the room including all the taxes otherwise they will charge you horribly , I found some notice regarding their tax payments it’s look weird.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a very spacious room and bathroom, the ac was perfect. The decor outside the room was very nice and artsy, lives up to the name haha.

The only bad thing was that the bed was too hard. That seems to be a common thing around Uzbekistan though.

The staff was very helpful, Komil speaks very good English and he made our stay very smooth. He kindly agreed to store our luggage for a few days after we left the hotel while we were visiting other cities. Would recommend.

A sign at the entrance would be helpful (it took some time for our taxi driver to find the hotel)

Perfect, I liked everything, staff was nice to us, person named Komil was a great person, polite and friendly, helped us with everything. Check in check out process was easy and excellent. I will rate this hotel and hostess Komil as a highest, 10/10!

Amazing personnel, especially the admin Umud who was always available and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious, AC works well, location is great. The city center is reachable on foot in 15 minutes.

Beds were super hard to sleep on. One set of towels was missing.

We were charged 2USD each for hotel registration and card - this had all been done automatically and for free elsewhere in Uzbekistan

I want to mention the helpfulness of the hotel administrator maned Umid! He was so polite and helpful. When my colleague had a headache, he brought us several medicines that really helped!
