This is a great hotel in a very convenient central location but quiet. You can reach one of the main streets of the city walking with plenty of food choice nearby. The parking is spacious. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The breakfast is with great choice including good coffee. The staff are all very accommodating and nice. The rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable with a big bathroom at a very reasonable price.

The check-in process was rather slow and it took almost 30 min to check-in, not sure how it works if it were more than just us.

A very comfortable place to stay. Good sized room with all the facilities you would from a quality hotel. The reception staff were exceptional, in particular Mokhira, who gave us some very helpful advice on places to visit in Tashkent. Breakfast was also substantial, with a great variety of options and excellent quality.

The only downside was the person who "helped" with the bags, despite my protests, refused to leave the room until he got a tip. When we gave him a small tip he demanded more and wouldn't leave until we paid him what he demanded. A poor start to an otherwise excellent stay.

Hotel was very clean and staff were quite nice

Location is a bit away from main attractions. Breakfast was quite expencive. Also an Expresso was super expencive for the Uzbekistan standards. We had a dinner for a price of Expresso. Also tv set at our room did not work

Very nice hotel. Good location, plenty of restaurants in the area, walkable distance from the subway station (although not too close). Decent classic breakfast, great coffee. Friendly front desk personnel, even helped me arrange a PCR test for my flight.

The location was quite central, the taxi driver at the airport knew about it too when we said the name. Almost all the tourist hotspots were around 10-20 minutes from the location The hotel & room were professionally managed, extremely clean and well kept. The wifi was super! We didn’t get the breakfast included but it seemed that would have been great too! The hotel has a coffee shop and a restaurant, which were great. The staff at the reception were very friendly, extremely helpful & spoke good English so you wouldn’t be fumbling around with words. Overall, great experience, highly recommended

Nothing as such.

The room was huge and super clean, with wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable / call taxis for when needed. Wifi was really strong and the breakfast spread was delicious. Would absolutely stay again and plan on it.

Everything was great

Superb breakfast. Fresh, well sorted, attending staff during breakfast. Everything from hotel looks prettig new. Nice soundproof room with nice rainshower and comfortable bed. Good location, (Mirabad avenue), although there might be better. Distances in the City can be pretty far by feet, especially when it is over 30 degrees Celsius, and thus take a taxi or use metro. In that way location does not really matter as long as you are in the center.

There is a blocnote in the room but no pen ;-). Maybe fill the mini-bar with some snacks and drinks and add toothpaste to bathroom. That will make things complete. Note the Spa is just for Women.

The bed was notably comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The room itself was spacious, allowing for ample movement and relaxation. Furthermore, the breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note.

Lack of adequate amenities. The absence of a shaving kit and toothbrush in the room was inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel's location, situated away from the main streets.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our shower door had a bad leak in the floor seal, so when we used the shower, it formed a large pool of water in the bathroom. We called reception but their solution was to clear the shower drain (which we told them was not the problem) and give us towels to mop up the water. We had a second booking at the hotel for when we returned to Tashkent - the second room’s shower also had a leak, although not as bad. Our TV also had no television channels available.

The hotel is located in a quite street. The nearest metro station (Oybek) is just 10 minutes walking. Our room was fresh & clean with great amenities. Staff at the hotel are kind and very friendly. We even got a complementary upgrade to a bigger room, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was simply amazing with a wide selection. We only stayed for 1 night, but we would definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Tashkent again.

The bar and the restaurant at the hotel is a bit pricy compared to prices in Tashkent in general, but the quality was great.
