Our room was right next to the lagoon as most are. We were able to set up a fire pit with Daniel's help. The pool was gorgeous. There was a BBQ we could use with meat we had bought in town. Rooms were tidied and cleaned every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the grounds staff or housekeeping staff. Basil, Elizabeth, Sarah and the staff at the Cafe made us feel very much at home and looked after every day at breakfast. The quality of food at the cafe and at the 3 Pigs was excellent. My daughter loved the breakfast corn fritters and had them nearly every day. My husband and teenage son loved the Big Fala Breakfast and the Eggs Benedict on the potato roste. The location of the resort was a perfect balance between being feeling close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace. Buses were easy to access from the resort to go on day trips or just visits into town.

Servings were very generous but couldn't always be finished. Maybe a breakfast buffet could be an option so that the amount of food for kids or smaller eaters could be adjusted. We had some difficulty connecting to consistent wifi in our room but it was fine close to reception, cafe and restaurant. Perhaps basic tea, coffee and could be added to the included breakfast.

Breakfast was really good, with good variety.

Service on Vanuatu time, so you need to be patient. Restaurant don’t open for lunch

The staff are friendly and helpful to help us to extend a couple of hours of stay in the room after the check-out due to the tropical cyclone weather and we can wait for our taxi to airport in the room.

The beach is not as good as I expected.

Our room was comfortable and close to the beach and pool. Cafe Vila serves a good range of food to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there during an unexpected cyclone and the staff handled it well. I enjoyed the massage near the pool. It was lovely that was available on site. Easy access to town makes Nasama a good choice.

Chairs on the balcony were adequate but a sun lounger would have also been good for extra relaxation. Our wardrobe doors kept getting stuck so we couldn’t open them very far. We told reception but nothing was done. Service in the Cafe Vila was sometimes very slow. The food at Three Pigs Restaurant was okay but the music very loud all the time. When the weather was bad we had no choice but to sit inside so there was no escape from the noise.

The rooms were large and the food in the two cafes were of good quality. The reception staff were nice.

The beach is a bit too exposed to the wind as are the balconies and the pool area became unpleasant due to high winds for the whole week. Perhaps there could be a few activities for children and a bit of organised fun, we ended up playing soccer with the local kids on the small sand area of the beach, which was a highlight of our trip. But that came about organically, perhaps a few activities could be set up for kids at the hotel to meet each other and play, like organised volleyball match.

Clean and quiet, big rooms with a restrain terrace, easy access to the pool and the beach, nice little lagoon war so comfortable to swim and snorkel. 2 great restaurants with yummy food (highly recommend the food in both restaurants ) and nice friendly staff, the managers of the property were so good, the gentlemen, sorry I can’t remember his name and Sharlyn made everything possible and impossible to make or stay better. The hotel is a great value for money as well!

There was no gym unfortunately, and in some areas the property looked like it could use some love, renovations, but not critical

The resort itself was lovely - nice spot with a pretty courtyard/ pool area. The pool had ample chairs for all guests and was very well laid out. The two restaurants in house were very good and catered for most requirements. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It is more of a hotel than a resort - simple things like pool side service and room service were missing or had a one off cost which should be standard for a resort and would really lift to a 10! Maybe also some form of activities for rainy days - as the Vanuatu weather can be unpredictable. These are minor things mind you and overall it was a lovely place to stay.

This was our second stay at the Nasama and again we had a wonderful time. It was made very different by the threat of Cyclone Lola, luckily Port Vila was spared but many other Vanuatua islands were not so lucky. During our lockdown the staff were tremendously helpful, keeping us informed and safe, it was a credit to them. As before, we loved the food and breakfast from Cafe Vila and this time we got to experience the ambience of the Three Pigs which has a different menu and atmosphere. There is something for everyone at these two venues. We will certainly return in the future.

I honestly cannot think of anything.

Our first time staying in Vanuatu and can't wait to go back. Buses were so easy to catch and they weren't expensive. It was great to go into town and just wander around and everybody was just so friendly. Staff were exceptional as they all interacted in a friendly and professional manner at all times. We couldve quite easily brought staff home with us to work in our hospitality venue. We felt like we were treated like a part of a family. We were always welcomed with a smile hugs and our first names which was fantastic. Choice of food could have been a bit more expansive but we never left the table hungry. Food was always lovely. Congratulations to management and team. Nothing was a problem and our questions were always answered with a smile. Can't wait till we go back next year.

There was nothing that we didnt like except having to come home to cold weather.

Easy access to town via the buses! Very nice pool and beach access. Rooms were also very clean and comfortable, only downside was the cooking utensils were not amazing but that only matters if you are looking to use the kitchen a lot. The staff were definitely the best part of the resort, shoutout to Sandra, Lydia and Charlene who were absolutely wonderful and so kind and helpful. Whenever we wanted to book and activity or driver they would help us out and call restaurants to book tables since we didnt have a sim card. I also got food poisoning and they were so helpful in giving us doctor and hospital options, Sandra even called her nurse sister for advice and gave us her number and checked up on us she truly went above and beyond. For our first time in Vanuatu we had such a great experience with Nasama and would highly recommend!

Pretty sure i got my food poisoning from the eggs I ate at the complimentary breakfast but can only guess, and of course my two friends who ate there every morning were completely fine. Other than that we loved everything!!
