Breakfast was good, no real need to leave resort as beach/restaurant were good. Staff were nice

Road into resort is quite bad - had some issues with organising transport as drivers didn’t want to use

- The manager (Heram) was very kind and helped with the electric noise from the small pole lamps and other LED lamps in the resort. I came on a ham radio DXpedition trip. However, LED lamps often produce an electric noise in the air so that one cannot hear the radio stations from the other side of the world. I showed Heram the problem, and he allowed me to turn off the lights, basically darkening the area. Then, when I was finishing my activity and before going to bed, I switched on the lights again. it rescued the DXpedition - It was a solo paradise: out of 17 bungalows, only two were occupied, including mine. So, I could spend a day and not to see other visitors. Nevertheless, when we met eventually, we had very pleasant chats as well - The view and the sand was too paradise-like

- The WiFi never worked. I purchased my own SIM right at the airport, not relying on WiFi anyway - The menu was too basic, and even from that, only a couple of options were available. But the place wasn't about the food anyway - There is no soundproof by design. The windows are nets and the next bungalow is in 3 meters from you. Thus, obviously, it is like you are in the same room. I was fortunate that there were no other visitors during my stay except for another couple a few bungalows away. But if somebody made love or children crying at night in the next bungalow, it would be like they are in your own bungalow :-)

Staff were extremely firendly and helpful, always willing to help and suggest ideas of things to do. Rooms were clean, felt like we were staying in a beach hut, which was perfect for the location. Although a little dated, grounds and facilities were well maintained. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway - this is the place.

Pool area was a little dated and was away from beach and main restaurant / resort area. No toilet or facilites in pool area. Air-conditioners only in a few rooms.

I had the most wonderful, warm stay at Coco Beach Resort. The best thing about the resort was the staff - Vanessa, Gina, Alice and Hiram made me feel like I was at my home away from home. I would go back in a heartbeat for them alone! I was there slightly off season and the entire stretch of beach was peaceful. I loved the fact that you could just walk straight into the ocean and snorkel or just float for hours, which I did much of the time!

Such a gorgeous spot with your own private swim spot. love paddle boarding and snorkeling around the reef right there too. The staff were so friendly and always helpful. Vanessa makes brilliant cocktails and each morning was so special having breakfast over the water and watching sunsets from the restaurant. The chef did some really special dinners too. much better than any other food we had in town. Getting water taxis into town was not a bad price either. The rooms were always well cleaned and even with really heavy rain we were not uncomfortable.

The resort is a bit out of the centre of town which is nice and quiet but getting in and out of town via taxi when there was a cruise ship in town was almost impossible. nobody wanted to come. we just hired a car which is really cheap and had no problems.

The location (being out of busy town but close enough to catch a bus). Quiet and peaceful and clean. We The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived they made us feel special and welcome. They helped us organise car hire and ordered buses so we could get around. They made recommendations about where to eat and places to visit around the island. We spent most of our time reading under the tree on the beach looking at the ocean, which was pure bliss. The paddle board was fun when it was calm enough to use and they also had snorkelling gear available.

Lots of bugs (and a crab!) in the room. Got bitten by ants and moVery hot and hard to sleep at night as the air con didn't work. Things falling on the roof and birds at night were very noisy so I slept with earplugs in. The reef right outside the resort was not so great for swimming and snorkelling but there are other spots to go for this.

Great location. The staff made our stay incredible including Rosanne who was the best staff member and made us feel very welcomed!

Fan was not working. Reception and bar near the pool were not longer in use. We would have loved to have service there as well!

Food and drinks were good quality with reasonable prices. Service was good and outlook was fantastic Stunning location

Everything was great, Its a far distance from town, but the water taxi or buses are quite cheap to get into the town centre. Good for those who dont want to be in the middle of it all and want to relax

The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. The resort was quiet, picturesque and well catered for

The road to the resort was full of pot holes making driving a challenge.

The location is spectacular, the staff are willing to go above and beyond and are super accomodating.

It is a little bit remote which is only a problem if you want to get in to town (Port Vila) and the bathrooms could do with an update
