Perfect riverside location, attractive natural landscape with many flowers around. Riverview room is incredible, could see the sun and water traffic all day, some lights are too dark (should replace). Staffs are helpful, great service including pool orders. Swiming pool in this season quite hot. Food and drinks are fine in good price, restaurant has beautiful front-river scene and serve in-house vegetable. Interesting experience to go around the resort by bicycle, need to maintain bicycles better to ensure workable brakes. Calm place, peaceful atmosphere. Will come back once travelling to Cai Be again.

The location is very special, with large gardens and grounds right on the river you couldn’t ask for a more ideal setting. The pool area is lovely and the staff were very helpful. The hotel manager Duy personally took care of us - he helped book our bus to the next destination, expertly administered first aid when we needed it, and gave us some interesting facts about the Mekong.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and lovely, some were young and perhaps still training so may need some more guidance - but this didn’t impact our stay which was great.

The property is very well laid out with duplex units on the river, lake or garden. All very nice. The bath is spacious and the little deck nice to enjoy the views. The pool is large although too shallow on one side. Great for the toddlers. The breakfast is good if it’s the buffet but if you order by menu just so so. Restaurant serves nicely prepared dishes at resort prices. Thr staff as usual in Vietnam is eager to help. We arrived by rented scooter and had some trouble with it. Three guys were omit and had the problem fixed in a jiffy.

After two years of Covid you can see the maintenance is behind. The second day we were there the breakfast was by menu. Although we ordered the night before the restaurant staff seemed clueless as to what to serve us. The staff were all very young and more than likely inexperienced. Not an insurmountable problem and to be honest we were the odd man out not speaking Vietnamese. Oh, massages were twice what you’d pay in most places we’ve stayed from Sa Pa to Ho Chi Minh.

Very “niche-type” of resort, not catering to mass traveler looking for holiday in the sun. The Mekong Delta offers fabulous experiences, including boat trips, kayaking, hiking, etc, but all of that is for a special type of sophisticated traveler.

Nothing really; however, the visitors should be aware that the resort probably doesn’t lend itself to lenghy stays.

The resort has the best swimming pool, it’s surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff is incredibly welcoming, they really go beyond to make you comfortable. They have bikes, kayaks, cooking classes or they will arrange tours. The rooms are excellent and each of the options has a lovely view. We will surely be back again.

Nothing. Cai be isn’t the easiest to reach for tourists (and that’s a good thing :)). the hotel will happily arrange for transportation if you need it.

Bed to hard, but typical vietnamese style bed. Breakfast and dinner get a little boring after a few days, needs more variation if you stay longer (us 4 nights)

We spent 4 nights there. It was a very nice and relaxing time there. The resort is a beautiful garden, a quiet oasis. We have had a nica river-view bungalow. The food was delicious. The Staffel is very friendly and helpful.

Incredible location. The best location. Staff was so friendly and helpful with setting up tours etc..very good value for the price. The restaurant was very good. Spent most of one day in the pool as well. Gardens and landscaping were wonderful.

Couldn't find anything that I didn't like.

we stayed 3 nights our room have a best views on Mekong river edge was fantastic, room very clean and comfortable staffs super friendly the place it’s a bit far from town but we got free hire bicycle ride it’s great, highly recommended for couple who likes to stay close to nature and peaceful. I really liked the location. I had a river view room. There was enough variety at breakfast for me and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely book here again!

My washroom could have been a tad cleaner (but I am a clean freak so take that into consideration) and hand soap was not provided but those are very minor issues.
