It was such an amazing and satisfying staycation with Hotel Colline. Hotel room is very clean, services are amazing, location is perfectly close to the city center. Most importantly, I have to give a big thumb up to one of the hotel staffs, with the name of Miss Phuong Thao. Her passions towards her job is incredibly impressive and beyond expectation. She is very attentive and always give us really good recommendation on all the local delicacies and sight seeings to us. Her warm and highly passionate attitude towards her job made our first trip to Dalat superb and unforgettable ! Thank you Hotel Colline. You’re lucky to have such passionate staff with you. We will never be hesitate to repeat all our subsequent staycation in Dalat with Hotel Colline!

It's an excellent location where the night market is just next door. Restaurants and shops are just within walking distance. Love the free photobooth which is located on the ground floor. We enjoyed the live music on Thursday night.

Access to the gym was disappointing as the directions were unclear and opening hours are not convenient for hotel guests to use as it closes for 2 hours, from 12pm to 2pm.

The location is close to the night market and restaurants.

- the location is very close to the city center . 5 minutes walking to the night market - The complex is filled with coffee stores , restaurants and clothing shops - The gym is great if you are not dependent on the machines as it has only free weights

- The room needs renovations as there are : + Dirty walls + The floor is dilapidated

Excellent service provided by all staff, from front desk & concierge to housekeeing & restaurant. Special thanks to Mr. Son (who helped us with our luggage upon our late arrival, check in & check out) & Ms. Hoa (helped us arrange spa reservation at concierge desk). I hope I remember their name correctly. Location was perfect too, just right next to night market and it was easy to get around in town area.

Staff's attitude is good, friendly and willing to support Nice room, good location

Air conditioner didn't work so I asked the staff to check & fix it, staff need to check before the guest coming because it's late already & I need to take rest (I check in ai 21:00 and call the staff at 22:00) The parking area close the entrance when I come back after 00:00, so I had to walk down the steep ramp to the main gate, while it's raining out side.

We are very impressed by the friendly, polite, and extremely helpful customer services staff who made our stay at the hotel an indelible one.

Quite a few staff are not proficent in English.

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast buffet.

The soundproofing is terrible. We were lucky to be on the top floor in the corner but even on the 10th floor we could hear very loud (and pretty dreadful) karaoke from somewhere.

The place was very convenient to travel around and grab some food. We loved the city view that our bedroom had, and woke up to a beautiful sunrise in Dalat. The abundant amount of mirrors was oddly charming too :)

The staff wasn't amicable, and we did not receive welcome drinks, although we did see other groups receive them. We also had to wait a long time for check-in, which might be because we arrived on a Saturday.

Breakfast was decent, only recommendation is to have disposable gloves for customers to use or have signs to ask people not to use their bare hands to grab food- seeing people using their hands to pick up food such as bread, fruits was a total turn-off
