All of the staff were very friendly, room was clean and they gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast staff cooked something extra for us, because we were vegetarians. We would stay here again next time.

More varieties for vegetarians could have been better, but if you ask, they cook something extra for you.

We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip in Vietnam and this was our favourite. The staff are so accommodating as soon as you arrive into the beautiful lobby. Our stay in Danang was short but great thanks to this hotel! Greeted with a delicious peach juice, we were able to check in early. The room was large with lots of natural sunlight, after staying in Ho Chi Minh with no window this was perfect for us. We had a decent sized balcony too. Bathroom was big and clean which is one of my main necessities for a hotel room. Everything in the bathroom worked smooth. The bed is huge and very comfortable, as well as lots of room around for us to keep our luggage and belongings. We didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately as the weather wasn’t the best but maybe next time. Breakfast had lots of options and changed daily too, it all tasted great. I would stay here again next time I come to Danang! Thanks again to all the staff ☺️

This is our second time on this trip that we have stayed at the Aria Grand and we also extended our stay!!! Tam and all his staff are so nice. Always smiling, friendly, happy and very helpful. The hotel is spotless and we had a great room with lovely light and a view. Tam is a wonderful manager, very professional and you can tell that his team are valued and happy in their roles. It's a great location, close to everything! The pool was refreshing with fabulous views. Excellent value for money. We were always greeted with a smile and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Front desk was great! set us up with everything and super helpful! Tam, Khawh and Wguyen were great! always welcoming when walking in. The room was great and got a sweet upgrade. Great view. And pool was awesome! No one using when we were there so it was a private roof top! also great recommendations the front desk gave us

The massage room was next to the gym. so during massage, loud noises in the gym for the beginning of it. but the massage was great! but great price and great massage

Nice looking facility, good breakfast,good location where we can find good eat places.Very caring helpful receptionist,he is great.I wanted a room with balcony but it was sold out,my room no window so it's kinda dark but the bedding was the best...so comfy and soft to touch...love it...Over all Hotel is great..sure will come back when we are back visiting DaNang : ‐)

Room w/o window feel trap a bit.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel in Da Nang. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after we checked out, as our train was not until 6:00 PM. This kindness gave us the opportunity to explore the city without any hassle. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was situated close to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the seaside at our leisure. Everything was convenient and accessible.

We did notice that the linens were not always up to the mark in terms of cleanliness. This is an area that could see some improvement.

I booked this place by accident, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. (I initially thought it was a 4-star hotel.) The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and local restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities aren't very modern. However, if you're a budget traveler, this is an excellent choice, as you still get hotel services like house keeping.

The facility shows signs of wear and could benefit from improved room maintenance; the shower head was old (fortunately, I brought my own), the trash bin was a bit dirty, and the swimming pool appeared somewhat neglected. In all fairness, I mistakenly booked this place, thinking it was a 4-star hotel, so it wouldn't be fair for me to complain about it. This hotel is reasonably well-managed and offers good value for the money. If you're seeking impeccable service, you might want to consider booking a more expensive hotel rather than a budget-friendly option.

Nice hotel well located in the centre. Not far from marble mountains and lady budha. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry service very fast. Nice big room

Light on balcony couldn’t be switched off so light in room all night. City centre location meant hotels overlooking this hotel. Breakfast had wonderful Asian buffet. But western option was only poor selection of fruit, fried eggs and toast. As with most Vietnamese hotels, the music was a bit loud and annoying

Absolutely everything. The staff at the Aria grand were the highlight of our stay. All were extremely friendly and helpful, with a particularly big thank you to Tam, who booked us a discounted cab and always greeted us with a smile, even when we requested to use the fire stairs rather than the lift. The rooftop pool was immaculate and our room was amazing. The gym was basic, but was a nice quiet space to do your own thing. Location was another big plus, being walking distance to everything on the beach side. Thank you to the Aria grand hotel team. You made our stay amazing and we will definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights here & we love it as it was quite. There is a convenient store, delicious local restaurant, coffee juice booth & bike rental just across the streets. We requested a room with open window & possible with a ceilling fan. They upgraded us to a balcony room & provided us with a standing fan as the room doesn't have a built-in fan. It was a nice of them. The staff was great, walking distance to the beach & the breakfast was simple. We had a great stay & will choose Aria Grand again.
