Best thing about Jolia hotel is the friendly and helpful staff with amazing communication. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. Rooftop pool is small but decent and has a very basic outdoor gym on the terrace. Great location next to a lovely modern coffee shop called Homnay, only 5 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast could have been better. Some days there was only one option of noodles, some days the buffet was available. Food was pretty average but for the price, you can’t complain too much! Suggestion for the food to be covered whilst being laid out all morning to avoid flies.

Hotel in an excellent location - 7 minutes walk from the sea, around many restaurants, spa services and laundry services. We got a room on the highest floor. A nice and large room with a comfortable bed, 2 small chairs, a desk, a small safe and a closet. The bathroom and toilet are large and comfortable. The wifi works well. A simple hotel with cleaning services every day. The value is equal to the price of the hotel.

There is no good soundproofing so we heard people coming in or out of the rooms, talking in the corridor as if they were inside our room.

This is our second stay at Jolia. We had a different type of room this year but it was just as big, clean and comfortable. Great shower and the biggest comfy bed we've ever had anywhere! A well thought out room with well placed mirrors and sockets. Good location with the beach, bars and restraunts close by. The staff were the highlight. Anna was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. And a HUGE thank you to Huong for looking after us during our stay. We were her first customers on her first shift at the hotel! She was so lovely, super helpful, always cheerful, and sharing her knowledge of places to visit and the local food. Both Huong and Anna always made time to have a chat when we were passing through the lobby, which made the hotel feel like a home. We will be back!

Although breakfast was included in the price, the kitchen is closed so it's not available. The buffet last year was really good so we missed it. But the staff helped us out with alternatives (thanks again Huong!) There are plenty of places nearby that do breakfasts. booking.com should make it clear. However, it wouldn't put me off coming back!

The staff were fantastic, super friendly, and genuinely pleased to help! Great location, so close to so many great little cafes etc Good water pressure for nice hot showers. Felt really safe! Really good value fro money at the end of the day!

The roof top pool and gym area is pretty shabby and could easily be improved. The hotel is getting quite run down, and thread bare but good quality fittings etc. Sheets and towels need replacing and/ or upgrading.

Highly recommend, I wanted to extend my stay but they were full. I looked at so many hotels I forgot which ones included breakfast and assumed this one did! So when I rolled into the dining room, the lovely staff informed me my room did not include breakfast. Whoops! However, she said "no problem" and brought me an amazing local pork soup and said to have as much coffee as I liked. Nice peaceful pool, comfortable bed, and outlets/light switches near the bed. And a great price. And lovely staff.

Clean, cozy rooms in an excellent location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. The rooftop pool is small but clean and offers a lovely view, perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The staff are all friendly and helpful, I was even offered a free room upgrade. Special thanks to Anna and Andrew for their hospitality and kindness, it was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed staying here so much that I extended my stay. Definitely recommend this place!

I stayed here for a four nights and would definitely come back! The hotel is ideal to the surf beach, perfect in fact and loads of great cafes and shops around to cater for any taste and budget. Can see the beach from the roof too which is a plus and service is impeccable! What made my stay perfect was the hospitality of the hotel staff, made such a difference to be welcomed back everyday with a warm hello and a little chat about your day! Thank you so much to Linah who made my stay just perfect with the friendly chats and recommendations, see you next time!

The room is clean, they keep refill the water. The room is very spacious. TV, AC, wifi work well. Near the beach and there are several cafe, store, and restaurant. You can reach those places by walk. Good value. Nice and helpful staff. Love it.

The breakfast time is not punctual. The kitchen staff need to make us different menu because the chef is not coming yet. And it happen not only once but during the whole stay. When the guess coming to the restaurant they can only find coffee and tea and some bread. The other food should be ready even before the breakfast time start. Sometimes we need to wait for the chef to get our food ready, and caused our schedule delayed. Hope they cam fixed this.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged (for a small, reasonable fee) an airport pickup. Rooms are very clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary buffet style breakfast every morning. It was delicious and the food was better than a lot of restaurants. Hotel location is perfect. Easy to walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants and markets. We were less than 5 minutes to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay again.
