This is a great location hotel. Many restaurants, shop, convenience store nearby. It is clean and the room was comfy. The staff was very helpful and always present to fill your needs. The room had all the necessary conveniences. Especially, spa is so cheap.

Good hotel close to the beach. Not the first line, so need to walk 3-5 minutes to get there and cross one busy street. Room was big and clean, and the bathroom is decent sized (shower only). Check-in experience was great, with the cold tea offered and all the formalities completed fast, but they could not provide a room before the check-in time, so I had to walk around the hotel a bit before that. Breakfast was OK in the Asian style, but maybe too little more European options. They also have free sauna available by request (quite small) and good massage (though more expensive than on the streets).

Gym is laughable, though still can do some exercise. Most of the good food options are a bit further away from the hotel, but taxi/motorbikes are very cheap, so it's easy to get anywhere in Danang.

The breakfast is good and varied. Many of the dishes were there every day, and others were changed from day to day. There is also an egg station where you can order eggs as you wish. English skills are unfortunately very limited. The staff were pleasant and quickly cleared the tables when you finished. There is also some seating outside by the pool area. Was never a problem getting a seat during our stay at the hotel. There is an evening market right next to the hotel that opens at 7pm and closes at 3am. Here you can try some different food, snacks and get massages. I thought the night market also spoils a bit of the neighborhood's charm and creates a lot of noise. The sellers, especially those offering massages are very persistent. After walking between the night market for a couple of evenings, it's not very interesting anymore. When you've seen 2-3 stalls, you've really experienced everything the night market has to offer. In the same street as the hotel there are several restaurants that we can recommend, such as Adobo, Bikini Bottom and Breco Cafe.

The rooms are simpler than expected and from the pictures. The wifi can be quite slow at times. You can really notice it when there are many people at the hotel in the morning and afternoon. Then the internet is like syrup. The gym is very small and has old equipment. It is also strangely located in an open office landscape on the mezzanine floor. During the day, you will be working out while people are working with a partition wall between you.

I enjoyed my 2-days vacation staying at this place, it was exceptional. The swimming pool was a standout feature, providing a tranquil and refreshing view with plenty of lounge chairs. The room decoration was elegant and modern, creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance that made me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the ground floor Lobo café, which offered a delightful selection of coffee and pastries in a charming and relaxed setting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Every friday night, there is a dancing class at the ground floor cafe, if you love dancing you definitely should check it out This hotel is a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable beachside getaway.

It was close to the beach without the price tag associated with absolute beach front. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any issues were quickly resolved. The breakfasts were very good. Great value for price.

This is the only hotel I stayed where the room wasn't cooled before i got there. The fridge was unplugged and the plug hidden behind the fridge. Cleaning staff turned off the air-conditioning and opened all the curtains whilst I was out. You had to ask for a room safe. Most of these discomforts are driven by a desire to save money..

The staff at BF, being the likes of Nancy, Minh on the eggs and hot food station, he had an older lady helping him too and the young man and other staff helping in the BF run couldn’t do enough for you. On reception Kimchi, Linh and and others were really so lovely- I don’t know all the names but they were always willing to help and give advice. Xa at the spa, her colleague that also done us a massage and the reception spa ladies were fantastic.

We stayed in a 2 bed grand apartment and felt that the furniture was a little dated and sparse for a family. Despite being a family of 4 and a baby there were not enough cups and glasses, toothbrushes or towels. No utensils were provided . Correcting these points I would easily rate 9/10.

Welcoming and helpful staff, very good variety of choices for breakfast, unexpectedly large room

Our bathroom on the 12th floor (Superior Double with Sea View) had a hand-held over the bath, rather than the full shower we were expecting. After raising this with reception we were offered the chance to move to a room on the 6th floor that had a proper shower, still with a sea view and in fact a better layout, so a good outcome. The pool was ok although its surrounds had a number of cigarette butts that should have been cleaned away (or ideally put in an ashtray by the guest, but that's a different story)

The bathroom in my room was inconvenient with a bathtub and no showerhead which made it difficult to have a quick shower without sitting in the tub. The pool was a bit small. Wi-Fi was sometimes slow.

The location of the hotel is very good: on a pedestrian street one block away from the beach. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff is attentive and they do everything they can to help you always with a smile in their face. I happened to stay there during my birthday and the waiters had the detail to sing me Happy Birthday during the breakfast and brought me a small cake. It was a very good overall experience.

Not all room have shower but it was solved by the staff changing us to another room.

We stayed here three nights in August and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable in every way. The front desk staff was also attentive and helpful, from reception (greetings for Robin who help you anytime you need, asks all your questions, and solves your problem, she speaks English very well which is a huge plus). The included buffet breakfast was phenomenal in variety and quality. We've got our fingers crossed that we’ll be able to return back to your hotel in the future. Thank you for an amazing end to our holiday
