I really enjoyed my stay at Fivitel Queen. The location and the area is top class. I stayed there for almost one month. The Staff is amazing from the receptionists to the Staff members in the restaurant. Especially Katya and Hien are kind an very helpfull. I can really recommend this hotel

Fantastic pool, with amazing staff. They have one really nice Ukrainian lady working there named Katya who is very friendly and extremely personable and great to chat with I highly recommend this hotel to everyone👍👍👍. Buffet breakfast is also amazing

We had a great stay at the Fivitel Queen. Free upgrades to a family room. Comfy beds. Lovely views. Great staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Amazing rooftop pool with views of Da Nang. We have booked again for later in the month.

We stayed for a month. Our room was kind of what we expected in a hotel. The pool area was really beautiful and we spent a LOT of time up there on our laptops, hanging out, watching sunsets, watching fireworks on New Years, and simply enjoying the view. Breakfast every morning was a huge perk. There was something different each day but we were always able to get some eggs or an omelette made. The staff was the highlight and we will miss their kindness and hospitality. The location is PERFECT and surrounded by food, coffee, and the beach. Thank you for everything. We truly loved our stay in Da Nang and this place made it so much more special. - Sean & Veronica

Had a "chiller" and not a refrigerator. A chiller does not chill anything at all. The air conditioner leaked from time to time. Not much else to say really.

Nice rooftop pool with nice view of the city Free simple breakfast, it was not too bad compare to the price. Receptionists are friendly. Very good location, close to the beach and many cafes, restaurants.

Hair dryer stopped every 20 seconds and I have to wait at least 5 mins to re-use which is very annoying (room 905). Security guards and kitchen staffs are not friendly and I feel they don't like their job at all. One or 2 days kitchen staffs were talking too loud.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! There were so welcoming and friendly! We loved the rooftop pool and the location was terrific. Breakfast was also a huge hit with our family! They also surprised us with a birthday cake, and helped to make it such a special day!

Great location, plenty of excellent cheap restaurants close by, numerous motorbike rental options within 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes from the beach, popular nightlife area but hotel is very quiet. Good wifi and great shower. Secure motorbike parking just across the road, laundry close by and staff will book you a grab taxi to airport (112,000 vnd) if needed.

Breakfast was average, toaster either didn't work or you had to put the bread through 6 times (literally) to get it brown. You can order eggs (fried, scrambled or omelette) but the eggs were tastless for some reason.

We stayed in Da Nang for two days. We got a free upgrade on arrival and our room was spacious, clean and we felt very comfortable. The location is perfect for a relaxing at the beach (quite a walk to the urban center) and the view from the rooftop pool is great! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with everything. There are plenty of good options for dinner in the area, there's a supermarket on the other side of the road and it's very close to the airport. We were told that they had just restarted after Covid though we had no issues with anything - especially considering the price. Great place to stay and we would always come back!
