The location is good - close to lots of good restaurants and beside the beach. For those not familiar with Da Nang, note that you are not close to the Dragon Bridge (25 to 30 min walk) but that was no problem for us. The beds are really comfortable. Probably the most comfortable we have had in Vietnam so far. Breakfast is available early which helped us as we had an early flight the morning of check out

The gym is not working properly and is really small. It is also right beside the cafe so even if it was working, it would not be comfortable working out beside people enjoying a coffee The pool and lounge area is tiny. The pictures really misled us into thinking it was much bigger. The room and bathroom were small. Only one person could fit in the bathroom at a time. We were misinformed about an excursion which resulted in us not being able to go to it which was disappointing. Mistakes happen though so it is understandable- just maybe do your own research on activities in Da Nang and not rely on the staff. The facilities in the hotel did not feel up to scratch compared to the star rating. I have stayed in 2 star hotels with better facilities.

Nothing at all

Location, room and most especially the friendly staff. Rosie in particular was extremely helpful and checked in on us each day to ensure we’re well rested for the days adventure. She assisted with all of our tours and made sure we’re prepared and had our breakfast each day prior to going to our tour for that day. The hotel porter - older gentleman,was helpful and although did not speak that much English, he always had a small to his face to great each guest no matter what time of the day. All of the staff was always ready to assist any of the guest.

If I had to write about something I didn’t like about the property , it would have to be the shower head, It’s great for showering but felt the water sprayed all over the place and made a big wet mess in the bathroom. I felt this would have added the staff’s work.

Service was of extreme importance to this hotel and the staff we dealt with, we cannot say enough about them, especially Cara, who did everything in her power to make our stay enjoyable. (Including organising a power point be replaced as our plug kept falling out) The breakfast was better than we expected and changed every day. It was not extensive but catered for all tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning one day.

The shower drain did not perform well, and attempts to fix did not improve, but otherwise all good.

The location is fantastic if your primary goal is beach time. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. There is a rooftop pool that we did not end up using because the beach was a block away.

The breakfast was not too good, and everything was cold. The bathroom design is really bizarre... it is basically a glass box with curtains on the outside. I have seen this several times in Vietnam, and it baffles me every time. We paid for a sea view room, and although that's what we got, the curtains don't open even close to all the way in order to see the views. We had to pin the curtains open with a table to get a real view. I'll post pictures to show what I mean. Having the ability to open the curtains all the way would make the rooms feel so much nicer.

Great location, close to the beach. Very helpful staff. Pool on the roof is amazing and such a beautiful view! Lots of food options/convenience stores nearby as well. Room was large and clean. Comfortable bed using a mattress topper to cater to people who prefer a softer bed. Very good value for money, would certainly stay again.

Shower took a while to heat up and got a lot of water on the floor of the bathroom. Booked a sea view room and ended up on the third floor with a pretty minimal view of the water - maybe the building in front was built recently? That is being very picky though.

It's one of the better hotels that we have stayed at over the past 4 months. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. A great pool area, gym & sauna on the roof top. Breakfast was very good, and some items were changed daily. Rooms serviced daily and left comfortably. What really makes this accommodation better then most are two things, one the all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Rosie, My my, and Lan...so helpful and making sure your stay is perfect. Number two is the little things. Our bags were taken to our room by the always smiling Lan after he delivered a chilled peach tea whilst checking in. When we got to our room, the lights were on, the air-conditioning was on, and you had a wonderful feeling of being welcomed home. When we return, we will stay here again.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

I enjoyed the food at breakfast. I had a relaxing day when I had the chance to use the steam room after swimming in the pool. I also took the time to lounge and have coffee at the nearby beach. The staff at the restaurant were also very attentive to our needs. They also allowed us to leave our luggage for safekeeping after we checked out.

It was quite hot during our visit but we could not spend time to sit at the lobby and rest for a while after coming from the outside because the main door was wide open and there was no airconditioning. I suggest also that the privacy curtain be placed inside the bathroom rather than outside in order to serve its purpose.

Everything. The hotel was very modern, clean and excellent value for money. The nicest hotel we have stayed in on our 2 week trip so far in Vietnam Greeted with iced tea on arrival, breakfast was good (mostly Vietnamese food). Room was small but very comfy bed. Bathroom was great and the room had everything that we needed, including a TV to watch some movies at night. Wish we had stayed longer at the Halina hotel. Rosie was amazing asking us our itinerary and if we needed any assistance booking other tours, and transport. Her English was really good which made it easy for us to communicate with her.
