We booked a twin room for a couple of weeks and had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman who usually wears a mask and works on the ground floor. He was always incredibly kind and helpful, with small gestures like opening the elevator for us and recommending attractions. Thank you! The cleaning ladies also deserve recognition – they were always kind and did a superb job. We had a fantastic time in Vietnam, and this hotel definitely contributed to it. We would definitely recommend it. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to add more hangers in the rooms, particularly for guests staying for longer periods. Having additional places to hang clothes or towels would be great.

The price is affordable with great offer compare to the price. The location is perfect, with the front view to the river. It locates at the main street, taxi can get there easily. A public cycling service spot (TNGo) right there, I spent 10k vnd only to ride to the city center (to other spot). You can walk if you want to, the city center just on the other side of the river, which is around 1km. Free swimming pool on the rooftop, with the view to whole city. And restaurant is on the 1st floor. Would come back when visit Danang next time.

I need to try the card a couple times to get the door unlock to get in room, it not function well (or maybe because I put it at wrong position, I don't know).

The Hotel is on the bank of the Han river, which is quite a good location with awesome views of City lights at night. Although the hotel is in a busy location, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and courteous. Miss. Ba at the reception is quite professional with her approach, she took care of every need and arranged a good tour package for ba na hills at the last moment. The breakfast served is also quite good. I would definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.

Room, pool and breakfast all great for the price! Had a bench press and treadmill too! Staff very nice and helpful also, especially the female receptionist.

I imagine some people might complain about the location, but for me it was fine. I've stayed in Da nang before and have realised it's hard to get somewhere closse to the walking street/main beach area. There are much further locations!

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Air conditioning was cold. Mini bar was cheap. Staff were great to deal with and everyone was friendly.

Location was a little aways from the action. Think a 10 minute walk minimum to the dragon bridge, maybe even 20. Pool wasn't available while we were there due to maintenance. I guess it has to happen at times.

I really fell in love with the staff of the hotel who were always ready to help with any questions and requests. The breakfast patio also lovely view. Plenty of variety in the breakfast buffet for both western and Asian tastes. Good location for river boat cruises and only a short walk to take pictures of the Dragon Bridge. You will not need a taxi or bike to get to the beach. It is very near to the hotel. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable - we had a superior double. Cheap street food around the corner was delicious. Pool is small but has a great view over the city as part of a nice roof top terrace. Everything was just great, so I highly recommend this hotel whether you are travelling alone or with family/friends. Good value hotel.

A little far from the main restaurants Smell of carpet in the hallway Their rooms and facilities could still have some improvements, as the construction was old. It would be nice to have softer pillows and an additional trash can inside the room. We had to keep going back to the bathroom to throw things since it's the only place where we can find a trash can

Great 4 star hotel for the money! The location on the river front is great with nice nighttime views. The staff are fantastic and helped greatly organising several trips. Very friendly and great English skills.

Some western additions to the breakfast menu would be nice, such as cereal etc

Noisy guests in room above from midnight until early hours. Complained to Reception who spoke to them but noise continued. Hotel moved us to similar room on floor below. Always polite and helpful - with a smile!

Location. On wrong side of Han River. Long, long, long walk to Bridges in order to cross. However, Grab Taxi plentiful and cheap.

The location is perfect, about 10 minutes from Da Nang airport , 5 minutes by walk to the beach, many restaurant , cafe and shop around. The room with great view , very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, they helped me check in quickly and rent a motorbike at a reasonable price. We will be back here in the future.

Very nice hotel. Good location near Dragon Bridge. Very clean room. Excellent value for the money. Beautiful river view. I came to the hotel as a guest. I left a family member. I want to give a personal thank you. They are excellent employees! Truly an asset to any company they work for. Lucky for IBIZA they are their employees! They added value and a personal touch to my stay. Even went out of their way to assist me when I had a late night emergency. I cannot say thank you enough to the both of them for making my stay not only very enjoyable but truly unforgettable. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel as a place to stay in Da Nang! I think you too would enjoy your stay. Hope to stay again soon and see all the friendly faces that made my time wonderful!
