I don’t know what to say cuz everything ‘s so excellent. Good location, you can walk abt 5-8mins to reach Dragon bridge, I can even see it from my view room. The room is large enough to feel comfortable, it is very clean for sure, bed and drap are fit on me, very good quality fabric and firmly mattress. Never miss the housekeeping, they do twice a day. I am so impressed by their lost and found service, I forgot my stuff then they contacted me in within 2 hrs to send it back with no fee; I had a flight right after check out so they sent me by post service. I am so appreciate the team, grateful all of you guys. ❤️

Everything ‘s ok for the 1st day but from the 2nd day, I feel like poor breakfast and be bored. Imagine that you stay in 4 days like me, how it was. I wish they had more new dishes everyday.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Having an indoor swimming pool was a big advantage, especially since it was the rainy season, making outdoor swimming difficult. Another plus was having a large supermarket right next door. For those not on a group tour, constantly relying on taxis can be inconvenient, so the location seemed excellent.

The breakfast seating was a run-for-all, so people were scrambling to grab seats, sometimes leading to chaotic situations. Occasionally, someone behind me would rudely stretch out their card in front of my face to secure a spot, which felt impolite. It was noisy and left me feeling quite unpleasant.

We walked in after not having a great experience with a hotel we originally booked and thankfully they still had a room available for us. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from day one and all the way throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, close walking to the night markets and dragon bridge. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and bed super comfortable after long days of exploring. Buffet breakfast had endless options to cater to every cuisine and was very yummy! We would definitely return here if we came back to Da Nang!

There is some construction happening next door which can be heard as they sometimes work through the night. We were informed about this at check in but we just popped some white noise on during the nights they were working late and it was fine.

I had a fantastic stay at this property, which offered excellent facilities and a prime location. The spacious bedroom was a real highlight—plenty of room to relax and unwind. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, from the gym to the pool, and everything was well-maintained. The staff truly stood out, managing expectations flawlessly and ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Overall, a great experience that combined comfort, convenience, and great service!

The quality of the breakfast was very good. The swimming pool is beautiful and the gym has a lot of equipment. It is also very close to Han River Bridge, and you can quickly go to the bustling area on the other side of the river. If you have shopping needs, there is a large shopping mall behind the hotel. The hotel's landscape can directly see the beautiful river view and the sea. The service attitude and enthusiasm of the staff are impressive. I was a little sick during my stay. After asking the hotel for medical assistance, the hotel quickly provided medical assistance and proactively confirmed the customer's condition. Healthy and served hot ginger tea which made me feel quite warm.

It is recommended to install a mini bar in the room which would be better.

Big and nice, with lots of tourists, 15-20mins walk to the Dragon Bridge and the night market. Like the bellboys in front to help. Too bad Restaurants were too pricey.

Dust on the corner of the nightstand, under the couch, toothpaste stain on the mirror, didn't sweep. For the kitchen, they don't supply any cooking or utensils to use. What's the point of it? Did we have to request it?

We loved everything about the hotel, easily our favourite hotel ever. The staff were amazing (big shout out to Julie and Tiffany in particular) who made us feel so welcome, though all the staff were equally as nice. We felt we were special guests of old friends, always welcomed back with big genuine smiles. The location is simply amazing - Da Nang is the most impressive city to arrive in at night - and we had the best room in the hotel, with the best view in the city, on the 26th floor with huge panoramic windows overlooking the river and the famous dragon bridge. Not only would I stay there again but would even arrange a holiday to include it.

Wish we had booked longer, didn't want to leave. Can't fault it in any way.

Great location, amazing facilities, very friendly and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet is great and offers loads of choices. Da Nang is not a city where there is a lot to see in the city or around (besides a couple of temples and day trips), so this hotel was perfect for relaxation. Nearby there is lots of great bars and restaurants.

WiFi was frequently disconnecting or lagging, some of the staff didn’t really speak English (they understood some basic words, but not full sentences or questions), the concierge desk has very limited assortment of tours on offer

Great location, 3 minutes walk to Vincom Plaza, riverside view, city area. The room was spacious, clean, stylish with a gorgeous view. The staff were caring, friendly and helpful with excellent services. Special thanks to one of the level 3 restaurant staff (forgot her name) whom served us during our lunch. Food (breakfast and lunch) was top notch. Awesome hotel facilities that proved a high class of hotel. Big and special thanks to Phap Le / Sarah for the professionalism and great management skills who serve with a heart.

Heated pool. Overall the staff were friendly.

Limited breakfast spread for Vegetarian guests. We requested for an hour later check out (1 pm) so that my young kids could have lunch and freshened up before checking out but the staff didn’t permit. The reason given was full occupancy although it was on a Wednesday (weekday). We also requested if some balloons/something simple in the room as we were travelling to celebrate our son’s 5 year old Birthday. Just to put a smile on his face. None of our requests were looked into.
