The quality of the breakfast was very good. The swimming pool is beautiful and the gym has a lot of equipment. It is also very close to Han River Bridge, and you can quickly go to the bustling area on the other side of the river. If you have shopping needs, there is a large shopping mall behind the hotel. The hotel's landscape can directly see the beautiful river view and the sea. The service attitude and enthusiasm of the staff are impressive. I was a little sick during my stay. After asking the hotel for medical assistance, the hotel quickly provided medical assistance and proactively confirmed the customer's condition. Healthy and served hot ginger tea which made me feel quite warm.

It is recommended to install a mini bar in the room which would be better.

We loved everything about the hotel, easily our favourite hotel ever. The staff were amazing (big shout out to Julie and Tiffany in particular) who made us feel so welcome, though all the staff were equally as nice. We felt we were special guests of old friends, always welcomed back with big genuine smiles. The location is simply amazing - Da Nang is the most impressive city to arrive in at night - and we had the best room in the hotel, with the best view in the city, on the 26th floor with huge panoramic windows overlooking the river and the famous dragon bridge. Not only would I stay there again but would even arrange a holiday to include it.

Great location, amazing facilities, very friendly and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet is great and offers loads of choices. Da Nang is not a city where there is a lot to see in the city or around (besides a couple of temples and day trips), so this hotel was perfect for relaxation. Nearby there is lots of great bars and restaurants.

WiFi was frequently disconnecting or lagging, some of the staff didn’t really speak English (they understood some basic words, but not full sentences or questions), the concierge desk has very limited assortment of tours on offer

Location is within walking distance to both local market and big vinpearl shopping mall. Plenty of place to eat with both local and up market restaurant. It is just a good location to allow visitors to venture out to Da Nang. The staff are just great. To Uyen (Chloe) helped with all our needs and providing some very good local eateries. We stayed a whole week and yet it does not seem like long enough. A little sad to leave this place to move on to our next adventure. Anyhow this place got a big tick in my book and I highly recommend people to give this a go.

Heated pool. Overall the staff were friendly.

Limited breakfast spread for Vegetarian guests. We requested for an hour later check out (1 pm) so that my young kids could have lunch and freshened up before checking out but the staff didn’t permit. The reason given was full occupancy although it was on a Wednesday (weekday). We also requested if some balloons/something simple in the room as we were travelling to celebrate our son’s 5 year old Birthday. Just to put a smile on his face. None of our requests were looked into.

Great location, 3 minutes walk to Vincom Plaza, riverside view, city area. The room was spacious, clean, stylish with a gorgeous view. The staff were caring, friendly and helpful with excellent services. Special thanks to one of the level 3 restaurant staff (forgot her name) whom served us during our lunch. Food (breakfast and lunch) was top notch. Awesome hotel facilities that proved a high class of hotel. Big and special thanks to Phap Le / Sarah for the professionalism and great management skills who serve with a heart.

The hotel was amazing and way bigger than expected. Everyone of the staff is really kind and helpful. They always made sure that our stay is perfect and comfortable. Thoa and Huong helped and took care of us the most. They are very kind and sweet. The breakfast has a lot of options. I felt like you're at a restaurant. There is a Spanish, Korean, Indian and Vegetarian corner besides the Vietnamese one of course. Everything is very clean and the rooms are very big. The facilities such as the outdoor en indoor pool are also nice to cool down during the hot days. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff in incredible. It was my birthday the day after my arrival and they upgraded my room, I had a birthday cake sent to my room and the night before I left Thoa brought me a great cookies and tea, and the cleaning staff had a gift for me. When I first walked across the river one of the girls (I know she lives in Canada, but I don't remember her name) walked with me to the bridge to make sure I was on the right side of the bridge. The staff is the best staff I have ever met in a hotel.

The restaurants. I tried to book a table on the 37th floor, but it was fully booked and I was escorted to the bar where I could have table on a bar chair facing the window-I said No thanks as I am travelling alone and I want to see other people. I finally booked a table on 3rd floor, and I was the only client in the restaurant most of the time. I tried to order Gin and tonic, but the waiters (they were 7 there) did not know what I was ordering and I tried for 15 minutes to explain to them this famous drink, bot no they did not understand. I finally had very bad hamburger and sparkling water.

Amazing view from our suite on the 24th floor, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, spotless. We had 90 min massage in the spa and it fell like you’re in heaven. I had my birthday yesterday and from Melia they organised for me a special cake and a birthday card- that really made my day. Thank you for everything, team of Melia! We had amazing 5 days here! ❤️

The room is clean and very comfortable. Bed is extremely comfortable. Shower facilities are great too We have a clear view of the Han River, the Dragon Bridge (not able to view the Dragon breathing fire show from the room; partially block by another building, but it is a short distance to walk to the Dragon Bridge) and the Han Bridge (unfortunately the bridge is under maintenance works and did not rotate on the Saturday night) Great location: walking distance to the night market, Dragon Bridge and Vincom Plaza where you can go for food and shopping The service at the hotel was exceptional as well. Staff are helpful and pleasant. I had a wonderful experience. Please give Thoa and Uyen your staff awards. They are extremely helpful, helping me with the planning of the tour trips, excellent recommendation of trip, tour guide and bookings of the vehicle I stayed for a total of five days, and I am not disappointed with the breakfast buffet which is provided at the restaurant: with a variety of food to choose from, and they even change the breakfast items to provide more choices Food at the Han River restaurant is excellent, with very friendly staff
