Great location walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and a little night market. Opposite a cafe just opened on the corner and we went there for breakfast everyday. The room is big and the bed is huge and comfy. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and space outside to park a scooter.

Only downside we booked expecting a balcony but it is a Juliet style balcony not one you can go out and stand on. No issue just meant my husband had to go up and down for cigarettes 😂

Exceeded all expectations for a place at this price. Good sized rooms, comfy big beds and pillows. Hot shower, bathtub, hair dryer, soap n shower gel everything you could need. Big mirror by the door as well which is always appreciated. The location is perfect with coffee, laundry, bar, money exchange within a block and it’s only a few blocks from the beach where it’s in the central and best area of the beach. The staff especially Hung were lovely, welcoming and up for a chat. They looked after my bag after check in for the whole day. Highly recommend this place, I’ll be back for sure.

Excellent location beach 5 minutes walk lots of bars and restaurants shower was great with good hot water and the staff are brilliant. Especially quynh who makes you feel welcome and will have a taxi waiting at the airport. She made me feel welcome before I even arrived

Friendly, welcoming staff. I was assisted with my heavy bag. Staff advised me on options to get to HUE and sent me website to book. They called Grab for me when leaving. Free filtered water always available. Large very clean bathroom. Small pool was like a private oasis. No noise from other occupants. Beach was very close. No through traffic on street. Cost was very low. Would definitely stay again.

There was construction going on at back of building, but hotel made me aware that this was happening and a lot of construction happening all around the area, so unavoidable. Balcony was a very small 'Juliette' so smoking was a balancing act.

Comfortable bed, good housekeeping and great customer service. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach; lots of restaurants, cafes and markets nearby. Everything you need!

We were supposed to get a 2 bed room but instead we got one extra large bed, which wasn’t really a problem. Just a thing to take into account when booking a double deluxe room from the app, they should correct the details to avoid further misunderstandings.

An Thuong area. Nice little streets ,(especially in the evening), restaurants everywhere, mini-marts. Quiet location. Close to beach. Friendly staff. Clean! room. Comfortable beds with sexy bed-lamps. Really nice bathroom with see-through glass, rain shower head and...a bathtub. Minibar. Large window with a view and cute mini-balcony. Good WiFi signal. Lift. Little swimming pool. Ok TV with dozens of channels including CNN, BBC, DW, France24, Bloomberg, News Asia, National Geographic, good A/C. Accept bank card (even international) payment. I was upgraded to this room...for free.

No coffee/tea sachets but free water and there is electric kettle. 4 pair of slippers but only smallish size 40. Would be good to have bigger ones. Reception told me that practically only option to go to Hoi An is by taxi, they organise. They say... cheap, only 400,000=$17 for 20+km trip. It's ok if there are 2-4 people. But it is easy to book, online, comfortable Shuttle Minivans for much less or Grab motorbike will take you there for $5.

This hotel ran 24/7 online support services for the convenience of the customer. You could contact them by WhatsApp at any time. I lost my cards when I was in the marble mountain, noted from the bank that there were some transactions done, I immediately cancelled my cards and went to police station to lodge police report, due to the communication issues, the police requested us to bring translator to assist the lodgings, we called the hotel manager and he was very helpful, agreed to company us to the police station afterwork with one of his staff, though at the end we were failed to lodge the report due to short of certain information, but really appreciate of their efforts put in to help us 👍

Good location, right near the beach. The beach is nice, but only a small area can be used for swimming and the lifeguards are confused and very intense and rude. The staff is friendly in the hotel. The pool is small and we didn't actually use it. We had a problem where the toilet/butt cleaner hose was leaking and so there was always water on the floor, we informed the staff and within two days, there was a new hose, everything had been repaired and no more leaking. The staff was very understanding and this was great service and we were very pleased. The place is cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for. But for the price, this is a good place to stay.

The staircase was quite dirty and hadn't been cleaned in while. The bathroom is also due for an intense clean ( in the corners and around sink).

The location was great, close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. Really big room and great bathroom. Lots of little details had been thought of. Staff were lovely. Used the laundry service which was good. Booked a tour though them to ba na hills, recommend! Value for money was brilliant!!

Lots of construction work outside that starts early, not in the hotels control but something to be aware of. We were on the 6th floor and the wifi didn’t work at all, (it worked fine in reception)
