The location of LaDa's house is great for exploring the area near the river. There is a cosmopolitan mix of dining options nearby. Our bed was comfortable and the airconditioner was nice and quiet. I would heartily recommend the pool which is flanked with tropical plants. On one occasion our hostess made us a cup of jasmine tea while we were using the pool area. That pretty much sums up LaDa's house - very thoughtful hosts. The pool area also had a chess board and relaxing music. The rooms had extra touches such as tea/coffee facilities and fresh drinking water on demand. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was something ordered in advance from a list of options and served at a time you nominate. I thought the Vietnamese options were particularly nice as was the coffee.

We were staying during the Vietnamese school holidays so at times it was a little noisy however, it didn't stop us having a very pleasant stay. This was something out of the control of our hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided. Despite our flight causing a slight delay in our arrival, the hotel staff waited patiently and greeted us warmly, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining high standards, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-organized. This attention to detail significantly contributed to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated just a few minutes' walk from the local shopping market and a variety of restaurants. This proximity allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the local cuisine and culture without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly and accommodating staff, serene environment, spotless accommodations, and prime location make it an ideal choice for travelers. I would gladly stay here again and encourage others to experience the exceptional service and amenities this hotel has to offer.

Very clean and nice design. The room is very cozy. Located at town area and walkable to a lot of cafes and the dragon bridge. Breakfast provided at your choice, but we dont really like the breakfast. The staffs are kind as well and even offer to help to book the grab. There is a cute dog in the property.

Overall is good, just got some communication issue. We stayed for 2 nights and forgot to let them make up the room on the second day. Then we requested for a drinking water refill, and the staff passed us 2 bottles of mineral water. I thought that was free, but they charged us when we check out. Not trying to be calculative, but it would be good to state in the room rule or better communication.

The location was really good and the breakfast, although a small amount of choices, if you chose the Vietnamese breakfast it was delicious. The room was a good size and it was lovely and quiet. Was nice to have a lift in the building. Unfortunately didn’t get time to use the pool but it looked like a very quaint little area to spend some time. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

There was a code that you needed to get back into the building as they locked the front door if the front counter wasn’t attended to. Unfortunately no one told us the code or that they would do this, so got stuck outside ( only for a short time ) If you like a firm bed, all good. But we found the bed a little hard.

Everything is as mentioned. We had a lovely stay. I was happy that they had water in glass bottles that they could refill. The pool is nice though the area could be more welcoming / clean I feel. Location is good , close to lots of food , supermarket, punk church, dragon Bridge. Not close to the beach though but doable 30mins walk.

I wish they had more vegan options because the only thing I could get for breakfast was banhmi. Also the breakfast was a bit light (one options of food + drink). Free bicycles would be a big plus for Danang!

Friendly staff, great location. Apartment was well designed as well as the building. Pretty good value for the price.

The pool area needed tidying, it looked like it was used for storage. More utensils, there was 1 cup and 1 glass each and no bowls/ plates, so you couldn't really eat even though there was a fridge cooking facilities, was overly basic. 1 room in the apartment with the double bed was tiny and the one with singles was huge, felt like it should be the other way around for families etc

The property is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of adorable touches throughout. The pool is perfect for a dip or just to unwind next to. Generally the hotel is cosy and spotless. I’m 100% going to stay here again on my next trip and would recommend to friends also. It’s a very short ride to the airport, a walk away from the dragon bridge and a short taxi ride to Da Nang beach.

One minor thing I’d change is the quality of the bread at breakfast. Could be a baguette instead and perhaps some fruit.

- LaDa’s House is located in the center of Danang so going around was really easy. - The room was so pretty and had great scents. - My family and I had a wonderful experience here from the moment we arrived. They prepared a surprise birthday for my Mom and it was so heartwarming. - The pool area was one of the parts that I loved the most. It gave a cozy vibe and I could stay the whole evening here. - Everyone was so cheerful and took care of everything so perfectly. - I love how they printed out photos of people who had stayed there and through the note collected reviews from those previous visitors, I can see how pleasant they feel while staying there.

location, staff, nice room, value for money

The bathroom should be revised. Shower curtains not comfortable, also in our room the water drainage were wrong because of the ground curve. As there is no bath tub the water was draining to the sink side and when someone was showering, it was hard for the other person to use the sink.

Every aspect; specious 2 bdr 2nd floor apartment overlooking pool. Helpfulness, accomodating staff. Purchased a massage table that allowed me convenience of 2 in house massages by my preferred masseuse. Attractive, intimate setting, enhanced by pond of Koy. Transportation from/to airport. In 3 months traveling Asia, Lada's my favorite accomodation. Underpriced and under rated 10!
