the location was great. plenty of restaurants and activities without walking distance. the room was also very spacious which was nice. front desk staff was polite. the value was also good for the size of the rooms.

we had an issue with the ac in the living room on our first day. it wasn’t working. the maintenance person came up and basically told us to wait until later in the day when things cooled off and insisted it was working properly. he then blurted something out and just left the apartment. I think there was a bit of a language barrier, but the ac never got fixed, nor did it work for our entire stay. luckily there was ac that did work in the individual bedrooms, so we were ok, but the whole experience was a little annoying. the rooms also look to have a kitchen, but the hotel provides no dishes or silverware and even posted a sign that we weren’t allowed to prepare food. if you are looking for a functional kitchen, this won’t be it.

The location is very central. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Airport is close. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The receptionist are very helpful with advice and their English is very good. I've stayed down by My Khe Beach in the past, but I like this area better. It's a good value for the price. The Wi-Fi was very good also.

The room was clean & cozy. Bed was big, A/c worked well, bathroom had a bath tub so didn’t get floor wet. The view from the lift to go up was good, esp at night. The receptionists were friendly & helpful. Cleaner were friendly & enthusiastic, too. The hotel was close enough to most of thing I wanted/ need to see in town. Plenty places to eat. Even people local food places we went were friendly & tried to help (menu without in English , how to eat etc. ) we had a fun with them.

This was a very last minute booking which we were incredibly grateful for. We had an unexpected trip back to Da Nang due to leaving an important document behind in Hoi An. As we had a long overnight train we wanted somewhere to catch up on some sleep. We had a few hours before we needed to be at the airport for our flight later in the day. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and allowed us an early check-in. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and we got a decent couple of hours of sleep before heading off.

The hotel/apartments are just gorgeous, centrally located! beautifully furnished. Entering the property see seems like walking into a Las Vegas hotel lobby. Impressive, immaculate and massive. Room was on 25th floor w/ view of ocean and town, furnished nicely with large fridge, flatscreen, large bed, balcony and bathroom with large tub.

Staff seemed untrained, no one at front desk, just a note with a phone number asking to call. Big disappointment. Took 10 minutes to connect w/ an employee.

The hotel was amazing with great views of the city from both the rooms & the lift. The staff were very friendly & helpful. A great location very close to the Dragon bridge also restaurants coffee shops bars & markets etc. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Da Nang 😁

The male receptionist didn't speak good Enough English and when he ordered me a grab motorbike he unfortunately sent me to the wrong destination? But apart from that everything else was spectacular 😉

Splendid hotel with all the amenities of a more expensive accommodation. Rooms are well-appointed offering wonderful views of the Da Nang downtown skyline. Staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, in my case Hien and Trinh at the front desk especially, but all the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Rooms are super well-insulated, thus the hotel is a great place for peace and quiet, even though there's a thriving downtown filled with restaurants and shopping just outside. Wi fi is great, as is the spacious bathroom, comfy beds, I could go on. This is just a great value and wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Room was on the 6th floor, with a pleasant city view. AC worked well, quiet inside the hotel, and no street noise. Nice fridge, safe, tub, daily housekeeping, and a special “shout out” to the two young ladies who work the reception desk, Hien and No and all their assistance! Smart, pretty and good sense of humor.

It’s waaaaaay over due to replace the very hard mattresses and get rid of the 15” high pillows that are impossible to comfortably rest a head on.

Nice Hotel, friendly personell, good air-conditioning, clean room and bathroom, you can wash your clothes for a small fee if you want, good view if your room is high enough. The hotel is near the dragon bridge and overall quite central. We really had a good time here.

The water is not for free here, but the price is still quite cheap, 10-15k.

Staying in the executive suite was like staying in a really fancy Vietnamese grandma's house. 15 years ago this room would have been absolute premium. There is so much space (two bathrooms!) with a huge bed. The views were great too. We actually saw the dragon bridge breathing fire while we were lying in bed. The location is great and very central. Lots of good restaurants nearby and Cho Han is a close walk.

The room has been stripped of all but the most basic amenities. i.e. the kitchen only had a kettle and there was no soap etc. However, it was immaculately clean.
