The room and the service were excellent. Arrived hotel late night and there were no utensils for cooking in the kitchen inside the room. But the stuff arranged Induction stove and utinsils for when we told them that we want to cook food in the room. They arranged ticket for Bana hills and transportation also. The room view is excellent. Very much satisfied.

The staff was very kind and they prepared our room with balloons and flowers because it was our honeymoon! Very nice and clean hotel. Value for money I would say.

Breakfast was nothing special. And the western options were limited and poor. But as I said before it's a value for money place to stay.

Very nice view from the rooftop, although the bar not functional but you can still get there and enjoy the nice view over the river and all the lights.. clean, and good room for an excellent price compared to other hotels around

Location can see the dragon bridge from our window and roof top. Staff Thi was very helpful spoke English and made our stay more pleasant.

The smart TV so we were able to connect to our own Netflix account. The big beds and the bath tub were nice.

The key card was initially not working. I had to go up and down the elevator from the 8th floor three times because our key card was not working in the assigned room. So they had to give us another room with a working key card. The Aircon was old and took a while to be turned on. The receptionists also had a hard time understanding English, good thing google translate was available. The room also felt dusty and needed to be cleaned more.

One of the best hotel I come across, based on the price . Breakfast was good with more food than your stomach can put in. Bread, fried rice, sausages, fried eggs, noodles, etc. Room was clean and tidy. They even provide hand and face towels. Comfortable and very nice stay, even my friends like it.

Nothing too negative that stand out. Probably the location is slightly away from the commercial area but then it's less noisy. during the night.

Location is really good. Walkable to many restaurants and markets. Love the night views from the windows. Smart TV to tune into my favourite YouTube channels. Clean and spacious. My mom left her walking stick in the room. To our relief, she was able to retrieve it from the staff 30 mins after checking out.

Be careful of the bathtub, when bathing it gets slippery in there so be extra careful. Buffet breakfast was OK - just enough to start the day, however due to shortage of staff, our tables weren't cleared on time - had to move the dishes left by the previous customers away to other tables since the staff didn't have time to clear the tables before we were able to place our own breakfast dishes. Buffet tables for serving breakfast can be crowded and messy with people and lots of confusions. Check in procedures can be lengthy depending on how quick the service desk is to respond to us. For those travellers who don't speak vietnamese, it proves even harder, however Google translate and pictures can convey the messages easily.
