This hotel is located on a small island with access from a small bridge, therefore it is very quiet and secluded location, if this is what suits you, it is great! Pretty much all ground floor units, very compact design of the property (therefore minimal walking distance to spa, reception, swimming pool and restaurant). Of course if you want to go anywhere you need to call a taxi. Or if you organized a tour guide to pick you up everyday then it would be fine. Breakfast is good, and the infinity swimming pool very nice. Spa treatment also very good quality but in our experience more expensive than our stay in Hoi An. Staff was very helpful. Overall I rate it as boutique hotel, with very good value for money.

In the room there are not enough electrical outlets. To plug in the kettle I had to unplug the Television. Minor flaw. Overall we really love this place. I also had trouble controlling the ac which is full blast and hard to adjust. We did not mind this because it is pretty hot weather despite the month being November when we stayed here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Da Nang, Vietnam, and it was an absolutely lovely experience from start to finish. This resort exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional staff, delectable food, serene spa, and breathtaking views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the resort staff, especially Thao and Quynh. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They were always available to offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities, making our time in Da Nang truly unforgettable. The food was simply amazing. The resort's restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisines. Each dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, and the flavours were outstanding. The attentive and courteous staff, especially Tra My, in the restaurant made dining a delightful experience. The resort's spa was a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the spa offered a wide range of treatments and therapies. We indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage, and it was an absolute bliss. The skilled therapists and tranquil ambience of the spa helped us unwind and revitalize our senses. It was the perfect way to escape from the stresses of everyday life. The views were nothing short of breathtaking. We were treated to unforgettable sunsets and sunrises that painted the sky with vibrant colours. We can highly recommend this resort!

Arrived for our 3 night stay after stopping at Tam Coc. Reception staff excellent- room was upgraded to a standalone lodge- its was immaculate- all modern cons. Overlooking a small lake with fish and 1 minute from reception- lovely 4 poster bed and complimentary tea, coffe and water. The receptionists called Manh showed us to our accommodation he explained how everything worked (Shower, air conditioning, TV, lights etc) - the breakfast was 6 sta hot and cold buffet plus you could order from kitchen (eggs etc) the two waitresses Tramy(whoose birthday it was when we were there) and Thuy were lovely and very attentive- always asking if everything was alright. They kept the dining area spotless always working hard keeping everything immaculate- the restaurant overlooked a lake and you could sit on balcony and eat breakfast. Throughout our stay the receptionist called Fo was lovely and extremely helpful very courteous We had coffees and beers on an afternoon in the coffee area after been out during the day and before showering and getting ready for the evening out- a lovely setting. Hotel very quiet and spotless- we walked to the dragon bridge (30 to 45 mins) and to the ferries (75 mins) on separate nights and taxi (Grab) home less than £3 - took taxi to beach approx 10mins again £3 so although not central it’s certainly very relaxing and away from the busy centre of the city.

- The interior is a fusion of traditional and modern, quite photogenic. - Almost everything seems brand new, well maintained. - The area around the property is tranquil, quiet, very safe since the "island" seems for the affluents. - There is a convenience store nearby (a short walk). - Slopes can be found anywhere there are steps, for the elders and special needs. - The service is great. Welcome drinks are available at 10pm. A quick leave of less than 2 hours, without noticing, was enough for the staff to perform thorough housekeeping. - The breakfast are ok. My partner (vegan) said the options are adequate. - No comments on the spa/onsen facilities and service since I didn't use but be sure to set an appointment for spa beforehand.

- The scene from the property may not be that nice (boring, monotonic river of very little vegetation). - In my place, the air conditioner is non-adjustable. Fortunately, there is a fan. The steambath was perhaps broken or quite tricky to operate. - The amusement park accross the river could be extremely loud if there is a firework show. - Some areas are not well-lit. Be careful while traverse in the dark, you may misstep.

The staff were very good. The bed, very comfortable. I liked the in-room sauna and the property is very beautiful. The food was very good.

The massage and Onsen is only available from 12pm each day. There was no table to sit up at in the room. The hate is advertised as all inclusive, but lunch and dinner is not included, and you pay extra to get the extra services. So it’s not really all inclusive and the price is double than some other facilities that offer the same. There is not much within a comfortable walking distance.

The location of the Blossom Resort is truly an oasis in the city. It's a chill place with an amazing riverside setting and views of the ferris wheel and amusement park. The neighborhood around the resort is quiet and pleasant to walk in and the onsen was wonderful, relaxing, and refreshing. We especially appreciated how hard Manh worked to ensure our comfortable stay, from onsen use, to accommodating our family in a villa, to arranging airport transfer. We appreciate the resort making our last couple of days in Vietnam so pleasant.

Words fail to express just how much we loved our stay in this resort! From the moment we stepped foot out of our taxi, we began to receive a warm, and intentional welcome from staff. After support with getting our heavy luggage into the reception, we were greeted with this amazing-tasting welcome drinks (which I’m definitely going to try my best to replicate at home) and amazing décor. When we sat down to check-in, we already knew that we had made the right choice to spend the rest of our few days in Da Nang. All the staff have been amazing but particularly Huy, who serves at the reception desk, who for many reasons, made what would have been a wonderful service an excellent one, the manager, who took the time to help us make calls and translations to sort out changes to our flight ticket, and Tra My whose lovely smile and friendliness made us feel right at home and Hue who also made our meal times special! This is the first holiday my mum and I have been on together, and I cannot thank the team enough for making it truly special – so much so my mother wants to plan more visits there. The room was nothing short of AMAZING! We had an upgrade to a wonderful room facing the garden pond which made a nice view for when spending some moments of reflection outside. We had a sauna inside our room and very clean bathroom. For those who like the details – the smell of the shower gel was so nice, it made having a shower even more of a luxurious experience. Breakfast was yummy and the view was spectacular. After our 3 day stay at the hotel, we loved it so much that we decided to delay our flights to Ha Noi so we could enjoy a few more days there. The next room we stayed in (which didn't have a sauna) was also lovely and worth every penny. The neighbourhood was beautiful and was affordable to travel around Overall, we loved every bit of our stay and if we do get the chance to come to Da Nang (God-willing), this would be our choice of stay.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, so calm and peaceful. Breakfast was great and the staff were really welcoming. The onsen was absolute bliss and I had a great massage, too.

The room was a little damp and musty feeling...it was quite cramped too, and that was the 'upgrade!' The chair on the balcony had been soaked in the rain so the cushions were still wet and smelly, couldn't use it. Also the hot water ran out when I was pouring a bath...but otherwise, everything was great and I'll return again!

The staff were welcoming, always helpful. The resort was calm (no kids jumping randomly in the pool 😉) The 11-22h all-inclusive was great (great food choice (Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/European) We had in our all-inclusive for 14 days one massage 60" per day which was very appreciated, gread variety of massage (mostly strong massage). We visited the onsen once a day, very calm, well organized. It was our honeymoon and the staff especially in the restaurant were very helpful/ joyful, especially My, Hue, Nhu Y.

The Blossom Resort was a beautiful oasis for me mid trip when I needed a break from the motorbikes and noise! Being able to use the onsen whenever I wanted was a real treat, especially as most times noone else was there. The onsen had a large lovely hot pool, a sauna, Himalayan salt steam room and very cold pool- which was actually so good to finish the visit with given the heat. I would 100% recommend this place to travellers who appreciate tranquility and pretty Japanese gardens! I also did a great yoga class one morning free of charge and I think these are offered every day

It was beautiful. The meal sizes could have been slightly larger but that had not negative impact on my experience
