Wonderful helpful manager. We also received an upgrade. The food was ample and varied with noodle, rice, and meat dishes , soups, salad, and fruit. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a nice view of the river . The hotel was directly across from a small park and 5 Minute walk to the Dragon Bridge that changed colors during the evening and at 9:00 pm on weekends blew smoke and water -an amazing sight to witness. The beaches were a distance but within walking distance for us. The beaches are on the opposite side of the hotel. In our opinion the Mitisa Hotel side had more things to do and see plus it had a very long wide boardwalk along the River.

There were steps leading up to the lobby but that seemed to be characteristic of most hotels we saw in Danang.

I liked the hotel location. It is quite central, near to the many attractions. The breakfast was nice, although there is a room for improvement. The view from the top was great. I liked the hospitality of the personnel. There is a small 24/7 shop across the road.

The address on Booking.com as well as the address on Google Maps are not the same. I arrived to the location in Booking.com and had to walk with my luggage around 1 km further away. I had a taped glass on my window.

Great place to stay in Danang. Within 15 minute walking either way close to Hans Market, Dragon Bridge, and night market. Beach 60k Grab ride. Quiet, no bars/club noise, or construction noise. Restaurants, laundry, spa, anything you need within minutes from hotel, extended our stay from 3 to 7 nights. Nice clean room, fluffy towels, daily morning room cleaning, excellent breakfast buffet, pho and egg station. Very affordable price for lodging received. Professional staff from the front desk, breakfast crew, and the manager all exceeded my expectations. A+ experience.

Breakfast was poor. We went down around 8am, most of the food were out. Steamers were empty, staff were just standing around chitchatting not refilling. We had to ask them to refill the bread and milk.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge and river. We were able to leave our luggage with reception as we arrived early and couldn’t check in till 3pm. The room was lovely 10th floor with city and river views.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. We got there at 9am and most of food was gone.

Great location near the Dragon Bridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and a good breakfast.

The room was a bit small for twin beds. It was a bit odd having a very large window between the bedroom and bathroom, although a blind was available for privacy.

Honestly can’t thank this property enough. Our passports were stolen from the beach and they enabled us to extend our stay until we had sorted things out with local immigration. So kind and helpful. Thank you so much!!! Not to mention a lovely, clean hotel with rooftop pool and breakfast.

Great roof top pool and close to Dragon River Bridge

For breakfast very little choice for the Europeans. Mainly Vietnamese fair. So fried eggs was about as far as it went . But if you understand the local food then there's plenty of it.

The hotel's facilities are fully equipped, the staff is enthusiastic and can communicate in normal English, the hotel has a delicious breakfast, the view is good, and it is surrounded by fashion shops and restaurants.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, informative and very pleasant. Location is great. Shuttle arranged from Da Nang Airport on arrival to Hoi An. Breakfast sufficient. The pool was very good.
