The staff were very friendly & helpful & arranged our taxi back to the airport. The location was great half way between the beach & the river (Dragon bridge) & getting a GrabCar 7 to each location was around 40,000 VND per trip. The swimming pool & observation deck on the roof was an added bonus. The price for a twin room ( 2 beds) upgraded to a large twin room & our friends stayed in a Deluxe family room ( 3 beds) for 5 nights including breakfast was so good 😀😀

I had read previous reviews about it being quite noisy late into the night. We were on the 12th floor with a city view & this was true. Our friends were in a room on the 11th floor with a mountain view & said they could not hear a thing so choose your room carefully.

The room was great. Very clean, tidy and organised. The staff were extremely helpful with our needs and went above and beyond assisting with local insight on places to visit in the city. The top floor view is beautiful with a lovely pool.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The food at the buffet did not taste good. When compared to the other (less fancy) hotels we stayed in throughout our Vietnam trip, the breakfast was by far the worst. Furthermore, there were loads of fruit flies around the breakfast area, which was quite offputting.

There is a convenient store next to the hotel which can buy snack and drink easily. 12. There is also an affordable delicous restaurant next to the hotel which have many local patrons.

1. We were given different room type from what we paid for the booking during check in. We booked for (a) one triple room with 3 king size beds (b) one apartment with one room come with 2 king size beds and another room with 2 single size beds. However, we were provided (a) 1 twin sharing king size beds (b) 1 apartment with 1 room with king size bed, 1 single bed and another room with 1 king size bed only. Thanks to the one staff that managed to provide us the correct room finally after checking although the hotel was full on the day we checked in. 2. One lift was out of order but was quickly repaired

Breakfast was all good. Manager TSAO was helpful, organised our service for our trip, looked after us throughout our stay. Staff was friendly. Location near to shops and restaurant. Room was big. Highly recommended.

It could have been better if there is complete set of toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There was a supply of two bottles but we did not bother to use.

Hotel was good Manager was very nice man they cleaned room every day 1 km walk from hotel to Danang Beach had 24/7 Mart very good and cheap few shops up on same side of hotel

The Breakfast was not good all Asian food and lots of Asian Bus Tours Stayed no good restaurant near by had to walk to fine them if they made some more western food like scramble eggs cereal perfect

Recommendation to tourists: If you are looking for a good hotel with a good price, and beach is not a big problem, you are highly recommended to book here. You may take a taxi via Gran app. This is much better than my previous hotel where I stayed near the beach…

Nothing! Everything was perfect!!!

The hotel is new and clean, rooms are spacious, breakfast menu changes everyday, the staffs are very helpful and we are quite surprised that all the extra services booked via the hotel are actually cheaper than we booked ourselves. The services we get are way more valued than the price we paid to stay here. Recommended.

The room was large, worked well for family. Location was good, easy to walk to most places. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better… more western food options and more fruit (it wasn’t restocked). Fridge in our room didn’t work.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We could store our luggage in reception after checking out.

There was no hot water first day. The staff couldn't speak english so the communication wasn't really good. Pool was all green, so not even chance of trying it. Breakfast was simple and they did not refill food.
