The staff is AMAZINGING! Always eager to help and assist, warm and welcoming. The restaurant has various options of food items to choose from. The location is central, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are great, clean, furnished tastefully (I extended my stay and stayed in two different rooms). I also visited the spa a few times, had wonderful experiences there as well. Shout out to Harry, Brian, Joyce, Sunny, Annie, and Ellie who had taken good care of me while I was there. Thank you!

The only issue I had was with WiFi connectivity which was unstable on my phone for most of my stay. When it was on, it was very weak.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. Being on the 7th floor, I enjoyed a lovely city view, which added to the experience. The staff was amazing—receptionists like Ellie and Annie were very friendly and made it a point to check in with me regarding my room during my stay. Although I can’t recall the names of the two receptionists (a lady and a gentleman) who helped me during check-in on the afternoon of September 21st, they were very professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel facilities, which I appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its service and comfort.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more vegetarian options, especially in the hot food section.

The breakfast had so many options and it just felt so fancy eating at the highest floor. The pool was nice - not many people go there because the beach is right next to the hotel but it was nice to have the option of indoor swimming. there was also a small gym next to the pool. They offer massages in the hotel too, we had a full body one and it was ok - not the best though. Rooms were clean and modern, the bathroom was clean and had a bidet.

They did not rent motorbikes to people without a vietnamese licence - understandable though since there were tourist accidents in the past. The laundry was very expensive - they didn't tell us the price beforehand - it was only in the menu book you can find in the room. It's better to do your laundry somewhere outside the hotel - we saw so many services just for 20k Dongs.

Had a great 2 night stay. The service provided by this hotels staff is second to none and I have stayed in thousands of hotels throughout my working career. From the first messages confirming my booking, to checking out, every interaction was perfect. They also arranged their hotel transport to collect me and bring me to the hotel, facilitating an early check in time also, both complimentary. I stayed on the 15th floor in a balcony studio. A really nicely decorated and modern room with great views of the city, the river and the sea. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the same in a taxi over Dragon Bridge into the city makes this a perfect location. There are many restaurants nearby with a good choice of cuisines catered for.

Having to check out! :-) The only thing is that only a breakfast service is available. No other food options within the hotel throughout the day or evening. It would be ideal to have maybe a small room service/snack menu available in case of not wanting to go out, when it’s raining for example.

It was a fantastic stay at this hotel in Da Nang. The staff went above and beyond, especially when they learned that I am a vegetarian. They took the time to inform me about the dishes I could enjoy during the breakfast buffet, which made my dining experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Bryan and Joyce for their exceptional effort and service. Their attentiveness truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. For this stay, I was delighted to have a room with a bath tub, which added to the relaxation and made my stay even better. The room is situated at the 10th floor overlooking the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great hospitality and a relaxing stay!

The highlight was the warm hospitality by the crew. Special shoutout to Ellie, Sunny, Joyce and Win! They were so friendly and helpful throughout (and even before) our stay. For the price, the hotel exceeded our expectation. The breakfast spread was decent, and the taste was good, especially the noodles section! For my family, cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and our rooms were clean and looked new. Location is close to eateries as well as the beach. Grab cars are just minutes away. I would recommend others to stay here.

The service from the front desk was good. Thanks Sunny and Annie who able to answer our questions. We had tried the hotel foot massage since hotel guest got discount. The massage is very good. We joined the Hue one day tour via the hotel front desk too and satisfied with it. Lastly, must mention the buffet breakfast the hotel provided got many varieties. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday got different types of noodles at the noodles bar. They changed menu everyday during our 4 nights stay there. Hope they will keep up the good works and also the price too😉.

We loved the localisation of the hotel: close to the beach and the city centre, including the night market. We loved our room on the last floor, and the service: Ellie was very helpful, she helped us to arrange our trip to another city for a cheap price. She was in direct contact with a bus driver (no English speaker) and even after her working hours, she was monitoring our trip as she wanted to ensure everything went well (and it did!). Also, we did not have much time in Da Nang but wanted to visit both, the Marble and Monkey mountains. Thuc from the hotel offered himself and drove us to both attractions - he was so kind that he waited for us and when we finished our visits, he took us back to the hotel where the bus arranged by Ellie was waiting for us. Very nice, helpful and kind staff, thanks to them we felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much, guys <3

Very friendly and accommodating staff ellie, joyce and janus and other staffs actually they are all friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious we sleep comfortably. They served sumptous food during breakfast buffet. My expectation exceeded staying in DaNang 100% more. I will definitely going back here in Da Nang with my family and still choose White Sand Boutique Hotel.

The hotel is on the big road but the staffic noise didn’t bother us. It is only about 5 mik walk from the beach. The room was nice and clean and we had nice city view. In the breakfast buffee there were lots of different options, asian food and some western options. The staff were great, specially Sunny and Brian. We did Ba Na & Golden Bridge trip through the hotel and the price was reasonable. There are restaurants nearby.

There is no AC at the gym and the pool was quite shallow. The pool and gym are in the same area.
