1. The hotel itself have universal plug, so you don't need to bring a converter. 2. Location is between My Khe Beach and Dragon Bridge. The surrounding is quiet and good for stay. 3. Definitely worth the price. 4. Speedy wifi. 5. Provide most of the amenities that you need. 6. Clean

After reading through a few reviews online, we weren't sure quite what to think but found everything to be better than expected. My husband has an allergy issue, so first thing when staying anywhere he checks the floor condition under the bed. Their was a bit of dust build-up but this was promptly removed after speaking with the hotel supervisor (Mun) downstairs. We ended up extending our stay a further 3 nights to make it a total of 5. Not all of the staff speak English well, but Mun was great. She's Vietnamese so had no issue communicating with me, and for my husband's concerns she was able to explain everything in perfect English.

The weather was the only annoying thing about this trip. We arrived during one of the worst rainy periods but other than that, the hotel was perfect.

Strategic location, great city view & clean room, All staff are friendly & helpful. Thank you to all front office staff during my stay there: Phu tan, Mun, Diem Ha, & one more lady that I forgot her name. All staff were young, helpful & professional. The room price is very valuable for your money. If you are vegetarian like me, there are many vegetarian restaurants near the hotel that you can reach in Google maps within 3-10 minutes.

It was nice to have a rooftop pool, because at the beach they don't allow you to go swimming at certain weather conditions (little bit of rain, a little windy). The hoteel rooftop area closes at 7 p.m., but that is the time when you can go swimming at the beach again. The annoying safeguards leave at 6 p.m. there. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes. So all in all you always have an opportunity to go swimming.

Great breakfast! Authentic Vietnam food with a lot of variety. Value for money. Helpful staffs, we would like to thank Ms. Mun for her excellent arrangements. Chef Ms. Loan and her staffs for their great cooking, like to thank Ms. Nhung and Ms. Diem, for their kind and warmness to recommend us where to buy food .....took the trouble to answer our question. thank u all very much

I have never had better support anywhere than this hotel. I will recommend it to my friends. The staff let me check in earlier than the hotel's regulations so I could rest after a long flight. I know that this season there are not many guests renting rooms. Most of the hotel space is very quiet and makes me feel comfortable. My upgraded room had a city view that looked beautiful in the evening.

I have 1 day stay in here. The room is very perfect, my family feel satisfied. Staff here very nice and professional. Easy to move to the beach or dragon bridge. Every problem the staff helps me very quickly and I am very satisfied. When I come back, I will choose Sepon.

Good location! We liked how walkable the place was to most things like the night market and the beach. Our room was nice, clean, had AC and was pretty big! Nice street view! Staff were helpful when we booked a tour and had questions!

The stay is near to dragon bridge. They are offering bike for rent, food etc. Hoi An is around 27 km from the hotel. You can take bike and go for coastal ride. My khe beach is also near.. The receptionists are so helpful and clarifying all our questions. Value for money.

The hotel is very clean! The night shift in the reception was really helpful, when I needed help with the computer in the reception. They did everything they could to help me and really helped me much more than you could expect them to. Thank you so much!
