She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided help in arranging travel to and from work as well as the airport. Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.

The hotel was great, perfectly located in the City and the grounds/facilities were great. The breakfast was good, but the services was the best. The staff was always open to helping us have a good stay. I would highly recommend for a family. Also the pool was a welcomed relief on a very hot few days.

Beautiful hotel but a bit old and run down. More 4 stars than 5. Pool was lovely. Very stunning district location. Staff were constantly cleaning.

Breakfast seemed like it was last nights dinner reheated. They had cooked sunny side up eggs waiting to be served when it was quiet and the chef was there and could have cooked it fresh. Property is a bit old and run down on closer inspection but 1at glance it looks like a 5 star. Staff could have been more well versed with the local attractions and shops. English was a bit lacking.

Very nice, neat & clean hotel. Surrounded with quite luxury shops & residency. Near to lake which we can have a jogging during early morning. We received VND200,000 voucher which we redeemed the drinks while we were playing snooker.

Since me & my colleague are Muslim, hopefully have more halal food varieties especially during the breakfast.

Beautiful architectural hotel with a gorgeous lobby! Stylish rooms to feel good! we also had a great view on Cau Bau. The staff was so polite and helpful! They arranged transfers and had a delicious and very good looking birthday cake for me :) what a surprise…thank you !!

Great hotel a bit outside the centre still close and in a very nice area. Rooms are big and clean. The service is outstanding starting from concierge, reception, laundry… and food is great, too. When in Haiphong can only recommend to stay here, I stayed even a day longer as planned.

We had issues with room pricing and laundry. Issues were resolved. Did not like that I couldn’t charge room service cost to our room and had to pay when the food arrived

The hotel is perfect in every way. With a classic and luxurious decoration, it offers an enchanting experience. The location is extremely elegant.

The classic decor isn't the best for a business trip, neither the room nor the business center was well equipped for hours of online work.

This is our 2nd stay at the hotel. The kids love their pool so much. The room is spacious for our family of 4 (2 kids of 3 and 5 years old).
