The staff can’t do enough. They are attentive, helpful and above all very polite. The breakfast buffet has good variety, the ability to order freshly made Vietnamese dishes makes it great value. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained considering the age of the hotel. The location is great, providing easy access to many sites of interest with grabs only a booking away. Providing easy access to other parts of Hanoi. There is a small lake behind the Hotel that comes to life in the evenings with many eateries providing amazing array of local food. There is an exceptional seafood restaurant that is definitely worth a visit.

The hotel staff especially the young gentlemen managers were excellent. They helped me sort out some issues for my domestic flight on Vietnam airlines. Truly patient, efficient and went the extra mile in making sure that these issues were settled. The area was interesting. Lots of street food. They handed me a drink when I sat down on the lobby. Always made sure that I was taken care of.

The room did not have enough switches for me to charge more than one device at the time. The bathroom smelled when I checked on but this was sorted out quickly. They brought in three housekeepers to clean the bathroom so it was fine.

Best place I've been staying during my time in Vietnam! Staff is so very professional, helpful and they always have a smile on their face. Bunch of amazing people working there. The rooms size is perfect and everything is clean and in great condition. Breakfast is the highlight though, I was excited every morning to see what they would have prepared today! It's a rather small but absolutely fantastic buffet, so look no further for a breakfast place. Would love to stay here again.

The customer service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and cozy. The balcony was very nice and breakfast was good. The location was decent and it was easy to order a Grab to get to where we needed.

We were on the 10th floor which was unfortunately right below the gym. Whoever was using the gym kept dropping the weights and it was very loud and startling very early in the morning. There should be a sign so that people using the gym should know that there are guests directly below. Secondly, there was a cigarette smell that kept filling up our room, from either above or below- not sure, but it was in the ventilation system and would fill up our room randomly.

Absolutely everything. They upgraded us for free, printed out our visas, and the staff were amazing. We created a hotel bingo to put amusement in some of the hotels and hovels we stay in across SE Asia and this hotel basically had it all! Hot water, great water pressure, plenty of space, enough hooks!!!, Kettle, fridge, safe, two bedside tables, sockets at either side, good air con, food lighting, mirror inside and out of the bathroom, quiet, breakfast included, free water, light switch by the bed. There is a delightful lake location just behind and lots of food places. It's further from the old town but we preferred that. Excellent value for money. Softest bed I've stayed in over the last 5 months of travel in SE Asia.

Personal preference, it would be nice to have bedside lamps as the main light is very bright.

Hotel is nice and clean. However, the bathroom could use rennovation. Stuff is very welcoming and willing to give you tips for restaurants. It is located outside off the city center. However, the center is definitely in the walking diatance. We liked the location as it is good combination of touristic and authentic side of Vietnam. What I really loved on our stay was breakfast. It was exceptional. Good selection of both salty and sweet options. We ordered some extras, pho bo and fried egg, which were for free. I personally enjoyed fruit selection, which included both of my favorite fruit, watermelon and passion fruit.

Spent my last night in Hanoi at this location. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. We got upgraded to the family size room which was great! It is very spacious and provides everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful they have a buffet with lots of options. Overall I’ve stayed at a couple places in Hanoi and this one was the best.

-Far from old quarter. -Rooftop gym not much of a gym not lots of equipment. -2nd pool was an additional charge. -Shower doesn’t have a seal and towel drying rack was inside the shower.

The room is extremely comfy. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The driver that we booked through travel agent did not come to pick us up to the airport. We was so worried because we cannot find another driver to send us to the airport as it was 4:30am. The night shift staff then quickly help us to arrange another driver and we managed to arrive at the airport on time. Thanks a lot to the night shift workers and sorry that i don't have the chance to ask the name of the night shift staff that help us

Loved the service, the room and the price. Everyone I came in contact with was eager to help with a smile. The room was cleaned and of average side with a comfy bed. Breakfast was better than average with a smiling attendant. Great value for the money. Will stay here again.

it could have been closer to the center of town however there is everything you need in the area. Restaurants all over and minimart across the street. You can be in the center of town within three min bike ride
