Great property, the staff are WONDERFUL!!!! They go above and beyond, in reading some of the negative reviews I think that people need to realize that you’re not at home and not everything will be the same. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!!

The Wi-Fi is awful, so don’t rely on it. It feels like a silly thing to bring up, but trying to get things done with the archaic internet is a pain.

The property was lovely The staff were very helpful especially a young man (trainee I forgot to get his name) at the front door The food was lovely and they accommodated my requests

The only things we didn’t like was the bed was a bit hard for us , the pool could have had a bit of attention paid to it and maybe some service by the pool and the location….. we felt there was nothing around us so we had to get cabs everywhere.

It's a great place to stay with families. Room was very cozy and food options were nice. Breakfast spread is nice with all options from different cuisines. Staff were friendly and will to go extra mile to provide assistance. Would definitely stay again.

Location is a bit off from at nights .. not much lights outside the property and also at the lobby area's which makes it feel like it is old building.

The lobby is large and bright. Many places to seat. The breakfast has the varity and meet the standard. The location is good for me, not many traffic. Staffs are friendly as usual.

The room lighting is not enough, too dim for me. The bed and pillow are too soft to me also. The aircondition control panel difficult to use.

Food was great, room was a little small but OK, much cleaner then the rest of the hotels.

The location of the hotel is outside old quarter which means if you book rides to the attractions eg. Ninh Binh/Halong Bay, the bus will not drop you off outside old quarter. A bit of a drive to the airport. Poor lighting in the room.

I like the gym, the treadmill. It’s one of the gym with treadmill that the TV program actually works! The staff was helpful, I accidentally locked myself out without my keycard and the staff was very helpful and helped me to resolve it. The breakfast was good, they serve sprinkling water.

The lighting in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if the lighting can be brighten up a bit more. It will be helpful for people who traveling for work and need to sometime work in the room.

Location close to the Old Quarters made it very convenient to visit during the 1-day we had in Hanoi.

It is an old property in need of a bit of an upgrade. There was a certain smell in the toilet water which was a bit unwelcome.

A really nice affordable 5 star hotel in Hanoi.

The Wi-Fi is pretty bad. It barely functions, the hotel really needs to upgrade their entire system and it’s speed. Even the smaller home stays have better internet.

Spacious and clean, amazing selection for buffet breakfast.

Could not turn the temperature on the aircon down so evenings were restless and hot. The door on the shower is in an awkward position.

Pullman Hanoi has very friendly and helpful staff and the location is quite central.

The hotel doesn't have the feel of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms look tired and although not dirty, don't feel fresh.
