Stayed multiple times here as we passed through Hanoi onto other places, and were really happy each time. Staff are extremely friendly, and rooms were clean. AC worked well, and nice to have a water refilling machine in the lobby. They store your bags for free if needing to before/after your stay.

Beware that it is located on a main street in Hanoi, so if you get a room with a window, it can be pretty loud. WiFi signal was a bit weak/inconsistent on floor 3.5.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Hanoi, and I cannot recommend it enough! Staff was EXTREMELY helpful.Manager walked me over to a good bakery nearby to assure me of being able to have croissants in my room for breakfast. And when I thought I had lost my wallet, the staff was helpful, extending to changing some Thai money that I had on my person so that I had taxifare to airport later that morning. Location of gastronomical restaurant La Bidane (sp?) is nearby and worthy of a memorable meal.

Less stairs requiring access to the lobby from street level (a common failing of hotels in SE Asia).

We booked the room to use for the day between returning from our Ha Long Bay cruise and our Sapa train in the evening so we didn't actually spend the night but rather about 6 hours. We needed a place near the train station where we could shower, repack our suitcases, research items via the web and go out to eat dinner. The hotel met all those needs. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure, the wifi worked great and the staff was excellent. We booked a room without a window since we were going to stay just a short time and it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Was quieter than other rooms we had in Hanoi since there wasn't a window!

The rooms look older as well as the hotel, but for the money it was great!

Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious rooms with everything you need. Hair Dryer, toiletries etc. in the room they provide a map with Hanoi, many recommendations of activities, restaurants and many others. Price is super affordable as well. The location is excellent. Less than 5 min walk to the train street and 10 min walk to the old quarter. They also have laundry services. I was happy with them. Quick and they smelled nice. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate the customers requests. Du and Kiet were especially nice to me and made sure I had everything while I was waiting for the pickup to Ha Giang. Thank you guys!

Really kind, friendly and helpful staff Room with no window was actually great as it was quiet (we stayed here twice, once with window and once without!) the roads are very noisy Location for the train station (night train from Sapa) and also a minibus pick up on Le Duan for us to go to ninh bin was really handy. Also very close to attractions such as train street Bed was comfy and the room was comfortable for a nights stay on the way through Hanoi

Nothing major - a small leak from the bidet to the bathroom floor It’s a budget hotel so for what we paid we think it was decent WiFi was a bit patchy depending where you were in the building

Wifi perfect, shower hot and good pressure , air con brilliant , staff just the best , very very good in making my stay cool ! Bed comfy as ! Table with a seat , coffee and tea supplied, kettle and fridge in room , rubbish and roomed cleaned everyday , just very enjoyable, location perfect to! Loved this place and I'll be back with out hesitation !( I can't understand some of the lower ratings to be honest , this was my 6th hotel in vietnam on my trip, and it was the best as well as one in DeNang )..oh and mini mart right next door to and places to eat everywhere!

One small issue , only one wall socket , could do with one more but hey, not a biggy, I'm being picky but could have one more ! But I will go back !

Location was very close to train street and only five minutes to the Railway station. As we were going to Sapa afterwards this suited us perfectly. Comfy bed, good bathroom with door to shower and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Despite the room being available when we arrived at noon we were not allowed to check in for another two hours unless we paid an additional 200,000VND. Not good for customer relations but not the fault of the staff. Perhaps Management needs to rethink its policies and regulations.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Hanoi Aria Central Hotel & Spa. The room was big and spotlessly clean, which also included the bathroom. Every day would receive two bottles of water. Chuyen, the hotel receptionist, was always cheerful and very helpful in identifying places of tourist interest, all of which were very close or walking distance. Even Hanoi Railway Station was just 2 minutes away. Last stop of bus no 86 from Hanoi airport is Hanoi Railway station. Will always stay at this hotel whenever I come back to Hanoi.

Helen at Front Desk and Bellman Cong were amazing at check-in. World-class hospitality. The tea and watermelon after a long trip to Hanoi was also a wonderful touch of customer service and kindness. Nice, clean room on the 6th FL, which I had requested in advance. Awesome view too!! Thanks Mr. T for holding this room for me. You are AWESOME!!! The most comfortable bed!!! Slept like a baby and stayed 2 extra nights! Very friendly housekeeping team. Every time I needed something, they would smile and help me right away with replenishments. I just wish they wouldn’t be so loud in the mornings talking in the hallways….:( Great location near the main train station and as long as you are semi-fit and brave enough to cross the streets and dodge maniacal motorcyclists, you can easily walk to the Old Quarter tourist area in under 30min. Wish I could have stayed here longer! Outstanding hotel.

No hand towels or facecloths in the washroom/no extra toilet paper. I turned on the rain shower and the water was absolutely scalding hot. Very dangerous. PLEASE be careful future guests!!! Water from the shower leaked through the glass walls and onto the bedroom floor. Wifi was not always strong. Some bed sheets had holes in them. Very small washroom.
