The best of nine hotels we stayed in during a tour around SE Asia. With a family of four we had two rooms on a private corridor. Rooms were spacious and clean, well laid out. One room overlooked a street, but there wasn't a problem with noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. Arriving early morning before check-in, we were able to leave luggage securely. Coming back to check in, we found that our cases were already taken to our rooms - a big thank you! The staff also booked us a taxi to the airport when leaving (early morning). The hotel is very convenient to the main station, being around a five minute walk. (For those wanting to use public transport, bus 86 to the airport leaves from outside the station).

The staff was very responsive and helpful, always with a smile. They responded to my early check-in request too. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and so were the bed and the room. The location is excellent. Hanoi's only sleepless street, and many neighboring restaurants made it a very central place to explore around.

It was a slightly small room compared to most rooms, and the lack of the view made it a bit less enjoyable to stay inside.

It is really great value for money: The staff is friendly The bed is comfortable because of the soft top layer The shower looks quite new and feels great The room is spacious And it was all very clean Beside that it is on walking distance of Museum of Literature, Old Citadel and the grounds around the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Can really recommend if you travel on a budget

Nothing really, after a long day walking I was even suprised with some watermelon in the fridge 👍

Booked 1 night in Hanoi Aria Central hotel with Mr The, He was so well orgerning our room with window for our family. Room is spacious, well-designed and great quiet city view ward to Hanoi Trainstation. We are also arranged tour to Halong bay by The with Alova premium boat, It is not costly and nice service too. We did visited Sung Sot Amazing Cave, titov island and kayaking which my sons are so much like this activities. Thank you Aria Central hotel team, you made our trip be fabulous and unforgetable memory in Hanoi.

Great location near to the train station. Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. They had a list of local restaurants in the room which was very helpful.

If you are leaving early maybe give the staff your departure time. We were told it was 24hr reception but when we went to leave found the door locked and no details on how to contact reception. After making a bit of noise someone finally came to let us out so we could catch the train.

Toan and The were gracious and excellent hosts, going the extra mile for us. We were provided with umbrellas when we went out on a rainy day, and Toan helped us with a suitable SIM package and sorting out some installation problems we encountered. They also very graciously allowed us to use an empty room to shower before we caught our night sleeper train to Sa Pa. We felt very much at home.

We were unfortunately given a room overlooking a busy street so had to endure some noise in the night, but the rooms at the back are super quiet. (We used one for our shower!)

The hotel is really well located, just a short 10-minute walk from the center of the old quarter and tourist attractions (e.g Train Tracks). The staff is extremely attentive and supportive. We had requested a few changes to our room and when we arrived it was all really well made. Rooms are really spacious and well equipped. The bathroom has good size and the water pressure is great! We really enjoyed staying at this hotel

We would have liked the bathroom to be a bit better maintained/presented. Room service was not always 100% completed. This had no impact on stay but rather a nice-to-see kind of comment.

Please choose this hotel during your stay in Hanoi, you will not regret it! It has the best price-value and location, amazingly comfortable beds but the best thing about this hotel are the people. All of the staff are exceptional and we miss them already! The sweetest people ever who love to talk to you and give you lots of information and recommendations and can organize tours for you! You could not find better service anywhere.

Wonderful experience. Very kind and helpful staff They went above and beyond to make us feel home. I would like to call out Albert Toan who had been our go to person in Hanoi during our stay here He helped us in every single way right from currency, to booking the train tickets and also the bike The place is centrally located too. The room is neat, comfortable and of great value. If you are looking for a nice hotel in the city centre at a Hanoi this is your place! highly recommended

The helpful and friendly staff is something you can't find everywhere..The location is great..Just 1 km from the old quarter and near to the other attractions..The room was good but with some issues that if they be fixed it will be the perfect 10/10.Also after the first night we asked them and they changed us a room because this one was not so good..Thank you for this.

The hotel needs a mini renovation..The walls are a bit dirty and have in some places mold due to the humidity..
