Spacious room. Easy check-in and out. Very nice host which has an office on the upper floor and is available for questions during the office hours. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Mini market, old town and restaurants in walking distance or just a 30,000 VND Grab away. The construction works that everybody writes about didn't take place during our stay. There were just two mornings in which you could hear something going on for like 10 minutes.

Just a recommendation: A laundry hanger would be nice as we had some clothes we didn't want to put in the dryer.

Good location, walking distance to the center. The apartment was very spacious and included all facilities needed for a long stay. The weekly cleaning was great and the host was super responsive, they replied to all our queries promptly at any time of the day and late evening too.

We faced some issues with noises coming from a construction site adjacent to the property (which we were not made aware of), a water outage for a couple of days and also with the WiFi disconnecting intermittently. The host reassured us throughout our stay and made sure all concerns were raised and taken care of. The water was restored, the construction noises eventually stopped and the WiFi issue was resolved.

The window view is completely blocked on the second floor (room 201). Besides, the smell from the sewage in the bathroom is sometimes quite strong.

Large room that had more of a hotel feel than an apartment. Beds were comfortable as was the bathroom. Nice neighborhood, only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and plenty of restaurants around.

Limited stock of nearly everything. Only two large towels but no hand towels. No kitchen towel or paper towels for drying dishes. Only 2 small cups, 2 glasses and 2 sets of cutlery, so you need to clean dishes frequently, which is annoying. Drying cabinet and other kitchen cabinets did not look very clean. There was dust on electrical outlets. No dry rack for clothes you don’t want in a dryer.

Livie Hanoi was the perfect place to stay! It had a peaceful and homey atmosphere while offering the comfort and quality of a top-tier hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the city, making it easy to explore Hanoi while still having a quiet retreat to come back to. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Hanoi!

The apartment is stunningly beautiful and incredibly spacious, making our 6-night stay a blissful experience. Our host was extremely helpful in every way possible, ensuring we had everything we needed and making the check-in and check-out process very smooth. The location of the apartment is perfect – situated on a quiet street, it provides a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance to all the bustling areas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend LIVIE to anyone looking for a fantastic accommodation experience.

The photos looked like the actual room. After you check in, you don't see the staff as it's an apartment but whatever I needed I just whatsapped the hostest and she was quick to help. My whole family booked 4 rooms for 6 days and it was in the perfect location. My family who live in Vietnam used to live across the road so it brought back alot of memories from when my grandpatents were still alive. It is above a dentist but don't let that put off. Would stay here again.

Well, everything was great really! Very spacious apartment, with all amenities in very good working condition (a/c, new tv, washer/drier, fridge, etc.). Located in a tough to beat, not noisy location. The highlight was the communication with the team handling the flats, was really attentive and next-level.

We had a mini issue that got literally fixed within hours (the excellent communication from above). Nothing apart from that.

The apartment is very comfortable, bed is good and bathroom also has good pressure and it has good size. It was sparkling clean. It has a terrace space great to work if you travel and work. Just a short walk to main areas in the center.

I would recomend to add fee more amenities in the kitchen, only 2 glasses seems a bit short :) The building entrance could have some maintenance and cleaning.

I liked the style of the apartment. It was very comfortable and big enough. I also liked there was a washing machine with dryer. I highly recommend to stay there in Hanoi. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We got cleaning once during the stay which is very appreciated as well.

There were just two small cups in the kitchen. There could be bigger cups too.
