The beds are very comfortable and the en suites are superb! The breakfast is very good and overall it was great value for money. The surroundings are amazing for bars and restaurants or even just to visit the park.

Do not underestimate how far you are from the centre. The taxis are affordable but during peak times they are pricey and traffic jams can be terrible. Also most of the rooms do not have windows! This was a surprise for us so bare that in mind when you are choosing your room.

The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful, although night staff and day staff did not always communicate with each other. Two staff spoke some English, the rest did not and we relied on translate phone app. I liked the location. ATM, convenience stores were close. Only two restaurants in the area, altho there were many coffee shops.

It was a very nice hotel but it was too far away from city center for tour pick-up. I really liked this hotel.

I was upgraded to the bigger room, which was beyond my expectation. The room is very quiet - that is the big advantage to me, because I’m very sensitive to noise. Room is also new and clean. Staff are very friendly. No buffet on the day I came, but breakfast was still delicious with the limited menu.

It would be greater if there are someone available at the door to help me with my luggage. When I checked in and checked out, there was no one, so I had to struggle a bit with my luggage on the stairs.

not the properties fault but quite common in Vietnam, there is construction going on next door.. every morning there was banging and drilling which felt like it was right in the other side of the wall

Our room was clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Near hotel You will get markets, apothek and even nice park.

Staff, unfortunately, did not speak English, but with the help of Google translate, we were able to communicate and solve any question we had.
