Spacious, large, modernly equipped and clean room.

The capacity of two elevators for such a tall building is completely insufficient. People waited long minutes for the elevator, piled up in front of them, and then they couldn't fit anyway and had to wait further. The capacity of the dining room, where breakfast is served, is similarly insufficient.

Nice hotel in good location, close to old french quarter (about 2 km), but far enough not to be so noisy as in old centre. About 30 min taxi ride from airport (use Grab). In the reception there is a nice bar with coffee, juices, smooties, popular with the locals. Staff was really helpful, specially Amy, who came to work on her day off just to say goodbye to us when leaving. Also, she was always there with all best advices about places to see, where to eat etc. We also got an upgrade to our room, so instead of the booked room, we got the whole 45m2 appartment on the 5th floor.

Nesta Hotel is at a convenient location, with a very nice breakfast buffet. The best part about Nesta is their staff. Amy from their team was simply amazing. She went above and beyond in helping us with our local requests from helping with cab, booking dominos, getting us day trips booked etc. She is the reason I would visit Nesta again.

The property needs work, the internet needs to be better. Nesta needs to have in-property restaurant for Lunch and Dinner as well. Hope they can solve these two issues soon.

Hotel was in a great location and the views from the room were amazing to watch the fireworks for the Lunar new year. David the reservations manager was amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay, nothing was too much for him.

The views of the lake and city

The staffs were amazing, the hotel facilities are good and brand new, the local breakfast was really great.

The mattress on my first night was way too firm for me, but they magically reacted and offered to change my mattress in order to accomodate my comfort, which I was frankly not expecting as it had just recently opened. Everything went perfectly from there !

Nice to have the room upgrade

No proper place to get on/off from grab taxi in front of hotel. The road outside hotel was uneven and has holes. We were caught in the heavy rain one night when returning to hotel by grab taxi. Suggest hotel build a driveway with shelter in front of hotel.

The view was amazing showing both lakes The breakfast was really good, wide variety Room is modern and comfortable It's really the view for me I feel nice with all this window and peacefulness

Not that much, it's a new place so obviously there's still some fine tuning needed though I think overtime will be 10/10. Better than the Pan Pacific ;)

Staff were very courteous. All the bookings for tour were done by them and everything was well managed. There is Katinat at ground floor and KFC just next to hotel.

Initially the room provided had hard.bed, however next night staff changed my room. Room quality was very good.
