We booked the room very late because of our other booking host didn’t answered, so I contacted them to make sure that we could come. they did answer very quickly and had friendly staff at reception. nothing special with the room but it was almost what we aspected. the only thing we didn’t like was that the windows view was right into next house wall - so you can’t see anything at all. but all to gather clean in combination with the price did the rating higher from me. recommend for you who want a cheap, clean and modern room without anything special. best regards/ Silvia

Couldn’t see anything out of the window at all beside a wall 1m away, don’t know why they installed a window at all.

The staff was very friendly after we opened up and talked a bit. He spoke English very well and offered suggestions and advice for our travel to Da Nang after the hotel. Especially liked the large tub and area next to the window that was very comfortable for two to take a long bubble bath! The hotel offered bubble bath for sale so don't go out of your way to try to buy it.

The bed was a little bit soft and the hotel is located on the other side of the river away from the tourist area. While it gave us the opportunity to have a nice quiet dinner (a bit of a walk) at a sea food restaurant, the hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the tourist attractions.

A in Hotel Riverside / A in Hotel Vietnam will be my forever second home in Saigon. Thank you to all of the staffs specially to its manager Vinh, receptionists and housekeepers. They always try their best to give me a memorable stay. A truly hospitality. It will always be my first choise of accomodations in Saigon. Amazing. Simple but comfortable And clean rooms. Ideal for tourists looking for respite from the bustle of the inner city, while still being within five minutes of everything you could want to see. very friendly staff with great English. So helpful and courteous

It's the good hotel with beautiful design and affordable price. Although we could get an upgrade to Vip room, we have choosen to stay in the room that we've booked. Room is very clean, spacious, and have a great view which has both city and river view. Very close to city center. It's suitable for couple.

In the first day, i had some troubles with the service because at the rush hour, guest checked -in and checked out are very crowed. After that, everything was fine.

It was such a comfortable stay. I really love the view, comfort bed and interesting design. Thank you for the service

The hallway is kinda small. But it is not a big deal.
