The hotel is located at a very central and busy location, which is either a good or a bad thing depending on the type of stay, but loads of services nearby. The hotel is on the busiest bar street in the city but far enough from the actual bars that the sound is not that bad and the entrance is peaceful enough. We personally liked to the location since most of the landmarks and sights were nearby. The roofop bar is a lovely place to have breakfast, but for drinks etc. its rather expensive. The room was normal, with no major complaints. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fairly good.

We stayed on the seventh floor which is below the rooftop bar and the noice was quite disturbing during the night. Also, the room service was done a bit hastly as our trash was not emptied at all.

The room was large with a big balcony overlooking the Walking Street. We had a beautiful view from our room of a tree and lanterns. The music from the street is loud through much of the night, but is all part of experiencing Ho Chi Minh. The top floors with the breakfast and bar area is lovely, with lots of lights and lanterns. The breakfast had a good amount of choice and was a pleasant place to dine.

Nothing, but a note to some people a little noisy at night because you are situated on walking street but it didn't bother us , but maybe not to everyones taste if you like things quieter

Can't fault the room, really fresh and smart. Lovely balcony and fab en-suite. Roof top bar great. Breakfast choice unbelievably good. Staff lovely. Location ideal for those hoping to enjoy the full fun and madness of Walking Street night life.

It literally is on Walking Street! Great if you are giving it a good go. Maybe a bit too close to it all if you're wanting a quiet time.

The windows are not sound proof. You can still hear noises coming from the street and the rooftop bar of the hotel. They do provide ear plugs though.

The staff were amazing! The receptionist was very helpful when we check in at 2am, told us about the vegetarian options during breakfast. The staff at the breakfast buffet were also very attentive. Everyone was so nice. The location of the hotel is just near the entrance of Bui Vien walking street. There were also a lot of halal restaurants nearby. At night time the street transforms into a whole different place. Considering it's location, we slept very well and didn't hear any noise from the parties happening outside. I requested for a room with a bathtub and they gave us one. They also respond to messages promptly.

The absence of halal options during breakfast meal. They also often put meats beside the vegetarian foods, so, the food might contaminate each other.

Location. Near bui vien street area. Breakfast is good enough with local and western menus. I got room upgrade for free. Smooth check in and check out. There’s hot tea and bananas while you’re waiting for check in.

There was construction job (lift improvements) beside our room. So noisy from 9 am to 5 pm. You better not in your room during this period.

We had deluxe room - was beautiful, clean, big enough and with balcony. Staff very nice and kind. Rooftop bar/restaurant (where guests have 20% discount) served delicious and also optically nice food and had great views. Breakfast with views and they did very delicious soup (we compared with other hotels we stayed in, but this was the best). It had great price. But was a little further from the modern part - but there were prices doubled/tripled.

Noisy room - but we were informed in advance and in case of need they were willing to change it. So no problem at all but in case you prefer silent room, try to contact them. Breakfast was fine but of you come late, could be problem with filling it. Location was a bit far from the “french” part, usually go by taxi or walk about 40 minutes.

Stayed here over 10 years ago and happy again with the place. Really great hotels the rooms were fantastic everyone really happy with them. Breakfast buffet was really great. Best we had and we stayed in 5 stars after this place. The bar upstairs is the best bit. Really nice to have somewhere to meet up before you go out or when you come back if with family

Noise.. walking street is crazy now compared to 10 years ago. The music on valentines was booming into the room from the hotel bar although it stopped at 12am. They did offer to change room thought but I got used to it. Something to be mindful if a light sleeper then choose somewhere else a block or 2 away
