The location was really near the city's attraction and there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well. The wifi connection was pretty stable. The rooms were spacious and fairly maintained. Although our rooms were in the 5th floor, there's an elevator available for use. There's a hot/cold shower available. Basic toiletries are available but not refillable (Understandable given the price) The host was kind enough to give us free water daily. The host was also responsive on any questions or concerns we have.

We occupied 3 rooms. The family room had some issues like the bathroom was kind of see through and there's no privacy. The door to the balcony was also broken making it unsafe to leave items in the room. There were also multiple instances where we can't fit more than 2 people in the elevator because there were random items in it - boxes / mop / rugs. Although it seems a lot of tourists stay in this location, the streets going to the hotel was really dirty. So please manage your expectations in the environment... if you're not very sensitive on these kind of things, you should be good.

Great location in quiet lane only 200m from street with all the bars (and sports bars). Nice rooftop terrace. Manager met us at reception when we arrived and added as contact on Whatsapp. Very quick to respond to any queries or needs communicated through Whatsapp. Good security with security lock at front door when no-one at reception. Cheap little laundry across the lane.

Some reviews say a little hard to find.. But just walk up the lane (alley) at 283 Pham Ngu Lao until you get to No. 11-13.Not sure how you communicate with manager if you don't have Whatsapp, as normally no one at reception. Usual vietnamese shower that gets the whole bathroom wet!

Hotel was in a quiet little alley off of busier ones and close to the big park. Room was a good size with good AC and fan. Hotel had a simple rooftop Patio that was nice in the evenings when the breeze cooled things down. Excellent value overall.

Very rudimentary toiletries. We were on a short trip so did not have our own stuff but would recommend you do for here.

The location is amazing! Right next to the party street, but completely quiet. Also the Saigon bus terminal is 250m away, so our trip to cu chi tunnels was easier than expected (27k đ one way, about 2,5h). There is no breakfast, but many cafes, restaurants and 7-Elevens around to compensate. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Great location with everything needed for dining, entertainment and travel agents close by. The host was very warm and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed and giving great recommendations. we wouldn’t have had nearly as good of an experience without these recommendations He gave us a free upgrade on arrival and made sure to open the doors at any hours to ensure security at the property.

Firm mattress but is typical for Vietnam

We arrived very tired after transportation that took way longer than it was supposed to. The worker at the desk suggested where to find an ATM and was fine to wait until the next day to be paid. He gave us his phone number and told us to contact him if we needed anything. The room was also the cleanest of anywhere we have stayed in SEA. Usually there are stray hairs or dustballs in the corners. This room was spotless. We liked how even though it is in a loud and busy area of the city, the rooms are quiet.

Location: - close to Bui Vien Street (2min walk) but far enough to get a good night's sleep - Thai Binh Market (3min walk), local market with great local food stalls (cheap and delicious) Value: - needed a room with 3 beds and it was the cheapest in the area that accommodated Facilities: - had what we needed, a room with 3 beds and access via elevator

Room: - room size was small however, we did have 3 people

The facilities were great and very clean, saw a couple of tiny ants but they didnt bother us. A deck on the roof where you can hang out and eat togheter with a great view of the city. The hosts were sweet and helpful, I recommend it dearly for anyone that doesnt want to spend a fortune on living expences but want to live close to the central ho chi minh.

Clean rooms to an affortable price in the city, personal very helpful and nice. The terass on top of the building was a nice spot to take it easy in the busy city. Refrigirator in room wich I loved, ac and safety deposit box.
