As always Nikko Hotel does not disappoint with GREAT breakfast selections and you would not be able to leave hungry that's for sure. Very polite and considerate staff whether the concierge, receptionist, housemaids, spa attendants, chefs, or restaurant staff all get a 10/10 GOLD STAR. For the staff ALWAYS make for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Our initial room smelt moldy or musty and we were relocated to another fresh clean-smelling room. Not a fault of the Hotel as people movement happen quickly and if the previous occupant had long hot showers or bath the room may need more time to aire out.

Decent sized room, comfortable bed, great shower. The executive lounge was well presented and quiet. The breakfast was 10/10. Great service from the staff.

It was strange having the toilet separate from the bathroom. We prefer the toilet to be placed with the sink. Certain parts of the room could have been updated (TV). It took a long time for the room to cool down with the AC on. Although there was a dehumidifier in the room and the hallway, my other half picked up a cough during our stay (mainly occuring at night). I would question the air quality in the room as a result of this.

Check in & Check out without problem , very good communication from receptionist ( except huge "advance" payment !!!! ). Breakfast very good if you like Korean cousin. some of the food in Lounge excellent , but no so much varieties, staff at Lounge excellent. Room excellent, clean and without problems

to much expensive for such a Hotel. Its not new Hotel and its visible. They charge huge "advance" payment during check in , so don't be surprise... Its really unusual and not proper approach, looks like they "don't trust " . Not perfect location. Swimming pool out of current standards & expectation. Lounge "so so" but I strongly believe that for such a hotel it must be more better. Hotel is "asking" for general face-lift

The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was really awesome, however pricy if not included when booking. The spa looked really good... however, did not try it. next to a shopping mall and coffee shops. The bed was super comfy and wifi was working.

You basically need to take a taxi or the shuttle bus to get to the city center. I recommend everyone traveling to Vietnam in general to download GRAB (Uber in Vietnam). Use grab from the airport as well! The room was a little run down and could easily be fixed if they wanted. The Gym is not really a proper gym, had some of the basic stuff, however, I went to many different fitness centers or gyms by using GRAB.

The hotel is a modern high rise. We were on the 19th floor providing us with an excellent view of the city. also, exposing the city's awful air quality. The room was very comfortable with excellent lighting. The pool area was a great place to relax and having lunch there was reasonable compared with the ridiculous price they were asking for breakfast. We stayed here 2 nights which was perfect, and overall, we were very pleased with the facility.

The location was horrible. There is traffic bedlam even by Saigon standards outside the hotels. There weren't any nice restaurants near the hotel only a coffeeshop located in the adjacent mall that didn't open until 9Am. In short, if you are looking for a hotel as a base to walk about Saigon then you should consider something right in the center but if you have a driver, this hotel is excellent.

The 19th floor room I stayed in was completely quiet. The view from the room was excellent. The deluxe bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel has a small but exquisite Japanese-style spa area, which I liked to use as often as possible. The pool and gym are decent. Staff are alert and friendly although sometimes their English falls short. Overall it is a kind of hotel where you can relax for a recharge.

The room was quiet only on the condition that nobody is being loud in their backyard. On Friday, the backyard area seemed to have been chartered out to some people for party. So trying to rest in the room, I could hear loud and clear a cover band and a DJ rehearse and/or perform from 3,4pm straight to 10pm. I guess it would have been worse for lower floor rooms on the same side of the hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The lobby was very clean the common areas wee clean.

The rooms were kind of dirty. The rugs and couches have stains on them. We switch from 1 room to another because we were suppose to get a non smoking room but the first room smelled really bad. And there were dirty stains behind the side table of the bed. There were also stains on the carpet and couch as well. They need to update their rooms. It's starting to look like a regular hotel.

I come Nikko every time I am in HCMC since it has good quality price ratio. very nice and quiet swimming pool and spa. wide choice in breakfast. comfortable room

every extra is paid too much, they look greedy for little things. a bit stiff at reception. absolutely to avoid the practice to charge your credit card with a PRESUMED amount of expense, then before you get back the extra money refund, you wait weeks, if it comes..... and if you remember to check...

Breakfast buffet was good, various options to choose. The bathroom kits and tea bar inside the room are very well prepared, I enjoyed the salt bath.

This is my 2nd night here, I had to make two different bookings cause I wasn't sure if I will be staying in HCM city for the night or not. Though it was weird how the process to settle the bill was different when I checked in on my 1st night. The hotel needs to be more consistent in this matter.

The property ticked all the boxes. Friendly staff, great service, excellent breakfast, and spacious rooms. Our rooms were cleaned and attended to very well. Access to the club room was great and shout out to the lovely club room service manager for looking after us throughout our stay. The property was close by to all major attractions and is connected to a mall next door.
