service culture is established and staff attitude and willingness to serve on the whole is excellent. we observed most of the staff are very young, given time and persistence to service excellence the hotel will gradually hit 5-star service consistency.

we were given a room that had connecting door to the next unit. we saw in room description that rooms were soundproof and didnt give noise issues a second thought. were awoken twice at 3am by folks staying next door, but we did not lodge any complaint with service desk. but on the final night we had a particularly loud conversation in room around 9pm and was asked to tone down. please note: rooms are NOT soundproof! and do request for rooms without interconnecting doors if u do not want to be disturbed by neighbours.

luxury,clean,amazing staff and generally i love this place. The style of the suit was super good,two sinks,two toilets ,big terrace and big suit in general .I don’t have what to complain.The staff was super super kind and friendly and tried to satisfy all of our needs.The spa is super good

their minuses are the resturant and the breakfast. In the resturant the food is not good at all.The breakfast is very bad,there is nothing suitable for European,only some cocked dishes and few fruits.I am not impressed.Also hotel is far from the center.I didn’t like it the had cat in the resturant and one dog in the entrance.This was not cool.

Amazing amazing amazing. The hotel is very well kept, exactly as shown in pictures. Service is fantastic. It was such a delight coming back to this slice of heaven after the hustle and bustle in the city. This was our lovely respite. The crew made it complete as well. The rooftop bar is phenomenal, the spa was good, they also have free boat shuttles to D1. I wish they would have more regular shuttles though as the last shuttle ends at 2pm.

Food is catered very much to the western palette. Wish it was more authentic. Food wise it can be improved on taste, but nothing much to complain about. Taste is subjective anyway. The compound is very well kept and there are little traditional eating spots along the small roads. You definitely need to take a car out to Thao Dien but transport is affordable and convenient here.

If you are reading through this, you can rest assure that this is the best hotel you can visit in Saigon. We do travel a lot and this is by far the best hotel experience we had. the hotel is remarkable, beautiful, well managed and simply breathtaking. The food and cocktails are high-end and reasonably priced. We enjoyed and cherised every minute and hated to leave!!! Thanks to the Mia Saigon team who did everything they could to make our vacation priceless.

I have stayed at the Mia many times and its always fantastic. The welcome, the service, the room, the view, the food. Can't recommend enough! This time I stayed over the Tet holiday weekend. The lion dance was lovely. I had already booked for the Tet brunch. Unfortunately my friend cancelled at the last minute. Nhung, one of the staff in the restaurant was so kind and attentive when she found out I was dining alone. She really made the experience with the kindness. The food was also amazing!

The pool was to die for. The decor and architecture was fantastic. Rooftop was awesome to watch the lightening show with a fantastic cocktail (the lavendar one was excellent). Restaurant was excellent. Being on the river was amazing. Room itself was gorgeous. Comfy bed with excellent sheets. Daybed on the balcony (with ceiling fan so you could actually hang out outside). Gorgeous bathtub which I used every day!

The size of the wine by the glass. One day we got very small scratchy towels as we had a late cleaning. The hotel was far from the city which was both good and bad. Good because it was away from the hustle and bustle. Bad because we couldnt really walk out of the hotel and explore.

Beautiful hotel on the river, wonderful staff. The breakfast buffet was really great. Our room was beautiful.

Since the hotel is a bit out of the way in district 2 some cab drivers struggled to find the hotel. We actually liked returning to the quiet neighborhood and there were a couple of great small restaurants in the area so to us this was a plus.

A perfect experience that I am almost nervous to rate highly in case I can't get a room next time... Rooms are heaven, the grounds are perfect and the team really couldn't have done more or been more welcoming. Is now my go to for a relaxing weekend in HCMC.

Not a negative but an FYI - about 15-20 mins into the city by cab which is easy to get from the reception. The bonus is you feel like you are out of the city in a relaxing environment.

We spent 3 unforgettable days in this amazing place and the only word I can use to define our staying is “beyond excellence”. The location is perfect, far from the city but with a boat service connecting to downtown, lovely view over the river, but what really makes the difference is the staff: an incredibly full time dedicated staff, with high competence and customer devoted. I have already expressed my personal compliments to the GM and Customer relations Manager but I am eager to repeat them here: BRAVISSIMI! Thanks a lot for your kind words when we left, next time in Saigon we’ll surely come back to your hotel. 🙏♥️

The hotel is really charming, very cozy and beautiful. The staff is not all, but most of them are friendly and helpful. It is allowed to swim in the pool and stay all night.

Didn't like the food in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is really in a very unusual place. There is nowhere to go for a walk around. And there is simply an ugly aria outside the hotel. You will need to take a taxi to the center.
