Really enjoyed our stay at M Village, the location is great, just outside of the super touristy areas but in easy walking distance of the main sights with heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby. We were allocated a room on a high floor which was really appreciated and kept external noise to a minimum. The room itself was spacious and very clean. Good water pressure and a well stocked mini bar! All staff we encountered were very helpful and smiley and assisted us with bookings. Would most likely stay here again on our return to HCMC!

Unfortunately the pool and bar were under maintenance so we weren’t able to use them but they looked great!

Everything was great. Staff were so so nice, and also let us check in early. Every time you see them, they are really friendly, and helpful. Location is great. There’s free laundry, although can be quite busy, but still free. The pool is small but really nice and cool after a hot day in the city - really perfect cool down and also good view from the edge. Gym is small but functional (would be good to get a few weights though).

There are only tiny things. For example the bread at breakfast could be better, like a baguette or something, instead of sliced bread. The cooked breakfasts are great, though; so is the fruit and veg. Room service was generally good but sometimes things aren’t fully replaced: one day we didn’t get a bath robes (and downstairs thought we might have taken them when we checked out but it wasn’t a big deal), and another time we didn’t get a bath mat. But super nice and very clean, so not terrible. These small things didn’t affect our enjoyment of the hotel - everything was great.

Great location for access to the various ‘little Japan’ restaurants, several of Vietnam’s leading craft brewery restaurants and the unmissable Pizza 4P’s nearby. Easy to get Grabs from here or to walk to some of the key district 1 sites. It’s a fairly new hotel so modern decor, fittings and pretty spacious rooms. You’re paying more for the location and modern building - but don’t expect much in the way of facilities.

The hotel gym was under equipped and under maintained. One treadmill was out of order and the other would randomly stop mid-run (pretty dangerous!). Staff gave me the excuse that not many people use the gym hmmm.

Great location and staff

I travelled to HCMC with my family for the festive. The accommodation was very new and clean. Most importantly, we would like to thank all the front desk staff, Jonny, Jenny and the rest who were on duty between 11.11.2023-13.11.2023, including those at the front door everyone of whom was very accommodating to all our requests. They were incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations. Understandably, the restaurant wasn't in operation as they are a new establishment but there is an abundance of food around as the location is within 20 meters of the Japanese street. There is a 7e next door and a convenience store right across the road if you need bites or a drink. The view from our rooms were exceptional and we had comfortable beds throughout our stay and change in rooms. Slightly pricey but we went in and left satisfied. Thank you again.

One of our rooms was booked to have a river view but it was the alley view and upon request to change we were granted a new room with a wonderful view but had to add on to the price of the room, it was not too much but would have appreciated being informed earlier or being granted the correct room we had requested. But everything was seemless nonetheless and probably a glitch that could be looked into.

Excellent property. The location is excellent - it takes about 15 mins to walk to most places but it was an easy, enjoyable walk. The staff are wonderful - so helpful and polite. The pool is great, and breakfast has a large range (although the fruit was a bit lacking). We got upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful and very fancy. Quiet room and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend.

Happy with everything.

The room was unexpectedly spacious comparing to other hotels in the same category, beds and blankets were excellent. One day I stayed in the room working on my computer, it felt great and I enjoyed the view from the window.

I didn't like the glass wall between the room and the shower. It's and interesting interior design element but not exactly practical.

Clean rooms, good facilities, good zone to get to the center by walking

They have to pay more attention to the breakfast as some of the food was dry by staying too much there (uneatable bread as it was way too hard, stale cheese etc.) The laundry is really expansive if they do it (you have the option to do it yourself)

the breakfast was good but just for my personal suggestion, the coffee was a bit disappointed. I would suggest if your can provided a coffee machine, would be much more better.

as for me, your hotel is almost excellent, is only the pillow that is too soft for me. this is only my point of view, did not represent any other individual
