I recommend this accomodation for those who are staying in Saigon for a bit longer and are looking for an apartment away from home. It has everything you need: a small kitchen, microwave, a desk to work at, comfy bed, and your own bathroom. It's not a luxurious hotel room but really a good apartment away from home.

The dishes and cooking utensils felt a bit sticky and needed a new wash before using. The electric kettle was sticky as well. On my first night, I didn't feel comfortable with the sheets, but lovely Alice and the staff changed them immediately for me. They were overall super helpful and nice!

Location is great as it is in back of Japanese town. It is quite location, and just few streets away is lots of night life. Restaurants or street food vendors are walking distance a way. Cleaning is upon request which is nice and laundry is free. Room was more spacious then expected. And drinking water is provided in reception area.

Communication in English was bit of a problem. I had to use translator most of the time to get message a cross. Kitchen could use more tableware.

Has all facilities you need! The staff went above and beyond. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 3am, but Alan was there waiting for us, we really appreciated it!! Communication was super easy and the neighbourhood is lovely, the apartment is located in Japan town. They let us leave the suitcases at reception after check out, which was really handy.

Like some people mentioned, the beds were a bit hard but I did sleep well!

Very well appointed. Having a bathtub as well as a shower was a bonus. The location was good, close to district 1 as well as attractions to the north, e.g. zoo, War museum. No street noise if you're at the rear.

No servicing of rooms on Sunday. Rooms to the rear back on to the aircon units which are mounted outside the wall and they are noisy.

Great location, safe and clean. Service staff was friendly.

No powerpoint beside bed. During shower, your water will splash and wet the entire floor of bathroom. We were given the first room after check in, during the night till early morning we could hear people tapping in and out of the apartment, which affected my sleep greatly. There is the loud beep, locking of digital door and traveller's foot steps and luggages coming in. i suggest not to give this room out if possible.

The lady at reception was very friendly. Checking in was very easy. The location is down an alleyway and is very quiet. There are some good bars nearby. The room, kitchen & bathroom were quite clean. Price, very cheap.

The room we had whilst quite clean was in need of some reparation especially the bathroom. This hotel is in a 'red light' area, expect to see lots of young ladies working around the nearby streets the evening.

really kind host, very helpful, the place is tucked in a little side street in a busy area, so it’s actually quiet. Nice apartments with a little kitchen, nice matrace and water pressure in the shower was good.

even tho there’s bottled water provided I would suggest having a water fountain so guests can refil, it’s much kinder to the nature - and that’s what Vietnam needs for sure.

Nice quiet hotel right at the back of the maze of Little Japan streets. Room was clean and comfortable, good comms from hotel to checkin. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Perfect for a night or two.

You walk past lots of hostess bars to get there - might be off-putting for some? But it's very safe and kinda adds to the atmosphere.

The best part of the property was the caretaker Alice. She was totally helpful and was on top of everything around Saigon.

It’s bit difficult to find as it is in the bylanes of Saigon, but that’s the best part of travel. it helped to explore local life. 😊
