Room was as expected, aircon worked well and bathroom was nice. The staff helped us book our bus to our next location. They also offer tours but we didn’t know this before booking so didn’t book through them. The location was great, walking distance to pub street.

Location was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet still quiet once inside the room with the window and toilet door closed. The owner can also communicate well in English, which was a great help. Given the cost of the accommodation, the cleanliness of the room also met my expectations.

Thought the place was really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and big.

When we first arrived there were some ants all on the floor which was sorted out but not ideal. Also a bigger bed sheet would of been handy. The room also wasn’t cleaned in 2 days but It was fine.

The owner can speak English and is very accommodating. The place is great because it's near the party side of Ho Chi Minh but the room is peaceful. You can still have a good rest despite the location. Perfect location to explore around.

The hotel is located in a wide and airy alley, near the vibrant center but the hotel is very quiet, suitable for resting in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, The owner and staff are friendly and support me with information when I Buy items from reputable stores.

Its close to where buses to cambodia start

I arrived after a whole day travelling only to be told i could only pay in (VND) cash. This should be made clear on their details in Booking.com. People like me who are staying overnight before travelling onto Cambodia deliberately run down their VND cash. Tired from my travel i had to find an ATM and maje a withdrawal ( including extra charges). The location is at the wrong end of the ‘alley’ - its so close to all the street bars that you hear really loud music until very late.

The staff was helpful and the location was close to the city centre. Lots of pubs and bars around including Central park and good eating joints

Nothing that i did not like but there could be improvements done such as having a curtain in the bathroom, electric kettle in the room with glasses/cups.

Location was very good. The staff were very friendly as well and the bed was comfortable.

The room was much worse than in the pictures. Very dirty and old. The bin was full of hair and had a used condom inside. I also found another condom in the floor. The bathroom was totally disgusting, the pipeline of the shower not working properly to absorb all the water. The floor underneath the bed has not been cleaned for months. It was full of trash and dust.
