Really enjoyed our stay at the Hammock Hotel. Great location, easy to walk to all the nearby attractions. Staff have a really cool vibe, always friendly and I would ask them for recommendations. Really enjoyed the top level, where we had a space to hang out with our friends who were also staying here as well as enjoy the really good breakfast.

Would have to remove a point for the airconditioning going down for a day or two. Made it for a rouughh hungover new years day but the staff were always very apologetic and made sure we had a fan and plenty of water. We found a pool nearby and enjoyed the day there.

What makes this hotel unique is the hammock in the room. Besides the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and in the rooftop pantry, there's free laundry service too. Thanz to the hotel management for its generosity and being customer-oriented. On our second day, water leaked through the ceiling due to a faulty pipe on the upper floor. A new room was arranged for us immediately.

First and second floors are free study areas. So the first impression when entering the hotel lobby was confusion. So many tables and so many people at the lobby. 4 staff standing behind the counter we didn't know who to turn to. There's barely enough space to stand at the counter with our luggage bags without blocking the walkway. It would be better to remove 1 or 2 tables near the counter to give more space for check-in and check-out.

Very comfortable, modern and well-situated. Amazing facilities! Excellent value! The free laundry is such a bonus. Can’t believe that is a free service: even the detergent is included. The pantry is a great idea and we enjoyed all the snacks and drinks. All free and well chilled. Unlimited! Tasty breakfast with a number of choices.

Liked everything! A few noisy guests in the early hours, which was slightly annoying, but we changed to a lower floor!

Everything! The bed was comfortable, facilities perfect, there was washing machines and tumble driers which were complimentary and self service, there is a minibar with food and drinks in the room again complimentary and on the roof terrace there were drinks, snacks and pastries which were also complimentary! We checked out and the staff kindly let us leave our bags at the hotel and then when we came back we had a couple of hours till our taxi came for the airport so they allowed us to stay on the terrace till we needed to leave! I can't rate this hotel enough, I would definitely definitely recommend!

Absolutely nothing, perfect location to walk to all sites, shops, restaurants and anything you could possibly want is on the doorstep, staff friendly and so accommodating, just do it, just book! We wish we could have stayed longer! Thankyou

Excellent stay ! We are a family of 5 , this place is miraculously close to every landmark one would like to cover in HCM City. We walked down to all the places. The rooms are very cozy yet spacious. Loved the fact that the room pantry was full all the time and totally free & included in the room charges. Th highlights are the Rooftop pantry which is open 24/7 with nice sitting area and Choice or beers, snacks , coffee tea all of it was free and unlimited. The staff was very courteous. Also, it has the 24/7 coffee Shop at ground floor, the vibe of the place is exceptional and the bakery and coffee choices were amazing !

Breakfast option are very limited and apart from the staff at the lobby rest of the staff may not speak English.

The rooftop breakfast and pantry was definitely the highlight of the property. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and assisted the best they could.

No light switches by the bed to light up the room, only an under-bed lighting. common corridor noise could be heard on each floor from the room. But not so much that it affects sleeping.

The staff were really great, we could talk to them like family, they went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. Best time every visit, we will always stay at The Hammock Hotel, they're all beautiful and accommodating. Number 1, for sure we recommend this Hotel to everyone we know. A+++ Fabulous staff, can't say enough, they're worth more than a 10 definitely 😀

The hotel has a funky vibe with a hammock chair in the room as well as hammocks on the roof. they provide complimentary snacks food and even beer at the roof top. I had to wait for my flight after the check out and the roof top was a very good waiting area.

The hotel is a little noisy. There is an icecream shop but I did not see any restaurant. The breakfast was good.

They only gave one room key which was quite annoying cos we went exploring separately and coming back with out a key was hard. They should at least give 2 keys. My husband smokes too so he was always going in and out and I had to keep waking up to open the door for him. We did ask but they wouldn’t give us one more key

I have traveled all over the world but never ever have I come across such a hotel. firstly I would love to thank the owner of this property for being so generous enough to provide unlimited resources. breakfast time is till 12 noon. there’s a canteen on their top floor where unlimited beer, water , cold drinks , tea coffee, milk, curd, sweets, snacks, wafers, cup noodles etc are kept for customers and it’s FREE. this gesture is enough for customer satisfaction. the mini bar in the room is unlimited. there’s a laundry and dryer as well as iron which is free again. 24/7 coffee shop in their premises. just 500 meters to walking street and 700 meters to Ben Thanh market. their staff is well spoken courteous English speaking. and so so many restaurants and Banh mi diners in and around the hotel. spacious rooms and bathroom. simply loved everything about this property. would be coming back again here and would definitely recommending this place to my friends.
