Staff is very helpful and kind and went out of their way to help guests. The welcome drink at check-in was a brilliant welcome after a long flight. Location is really good with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. My room was relatively small but had everything I needed and looked like on the photos. The free minibar is a good add-on. Room service is fast and reasonably priced. Breakfast is on the top floor with a good view over the city. The room is relatively small but I never had to wait for a seat. There's sufficient choice. As a vegan I was still able to eat some of the warm food and bread+jam and fruits.

There was a service cart parked right before my room and every day at about 6.30AM it got really loud outside my door (I suppose that's when their shift starts). I woke up every day from the noise. My room had a window into a small shaft that didn't really do anything for the room in terms of light or air 😂. For the breakfast, the only downside was the lack of non-dairy milk.

The staff were very friendly and the complimentary high tea was a nice touch, breakfast was also good with many options and delicious Vietnamese coffee. The location is excellent for tourism, with many YouTube famous food locations close by and sightseeing within walking distance or a very cheap Grab ride away — if you’re out off by the heat of the South. Henry left us a cute note on our last night, Rachel was also very helpful and overall the staff were an absolute delight.

We stayed in the executive suite on floor 12, this meant that the view of Ho Chi Minh was exceptional, though it came with the downside of being located directly below the restaurant, which meant that morning and evenings could be very noisy as guests piled in for their complimentary meals. While the room was spacious there was not very much space to unpack our bags. The bathroom was also spacious, though there was very little bench space or shelves to store our products. There was also no hair conditioner, but it was easy to go purchase our own as there are plenty of convenience stores close by.

Great room. It was an executive and included high tea and mini bar daily. Very clean and nice soft bed linen. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the reception staff to the doormen and the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. We were looked after from the moment we arrived until we checked out. A special thank you to Tony on the front door who always had a smile and a chat with us.

The only reason that I gave 9 and not 10 was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and the water was not hot for 2 of our evenings here. Not really a huge deal when you come in from the outside temperature of 38 degrees but I do like a good shower.

The room was just as presented and the staff were absolutely top notch, especially the room cleaning staff (Sara?), housekeeping staff (Olwen and Henry) and the reception staff including Dory, Mew and Jackie?) The door staff were always hard-working. The restaurant was closed one night (disappointing) so we ate at the pool (difficult with splashy loud children) and the restaurant staff's process of belatedly making some tables reserved at breakfast was disappointing. (Just as we moved to sit down we were moved on!) However, overall this was a very good hotel for our very first visit ever to Saigon / HCMC.

We were ripped off by a couple of taxis (one Vinasun and one Maylinh) and found ourselves a way out of town. When we reported it, we were disappointed this was not followed through. The amount of money we lost was not huge (about 50K both times), but it was very frightening to be in a new part of the city .... (Thank you very much Marriott Bonvoy for helping two older travellers in distress)

I first stayed on the 12th floor and the room was fantastic, big clean great views and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the restaurant is on floor 12a, meaning everyone had to use the lift, get off at the 12th floor and go up a flight of stairs to the restaurant. My room door was right next to the lift, meaning from start of breakfast service at 6am, my room became very noisy with conversations outside my door. Plus when anyone moved a chair or dragged it on the floor in the restaurant, it would echo through my room. A quick conversation with the helpful staff at the front desk, meant I was moved without hesitation to a slightly smaller room on the 5th floor, which was great and so much quieter. The free afternoon tea was a great addition too.

You're given 2 cards for your room, one to keep the aircon on, so your room isn't unbearably hot when you return. Yet one occasion I returned to find the cleaning team had switched off my aircon. Felt very much like a passive aggressive move

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Loved having Netflix and Youtube on TV! Kind gesture by the hotel to throw in beer, water, and soft drinks, replenished every morning, at no additional charge. Being Vietnamese, we really enjoyed the Asian soup noodles at breakfast. Location of hotel is ideal for all the places of interest, so I definitely recommend Harmony Saigon if you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient base.

The shower could be hotter. Water was tepid, not hot enough to really enjoy a shower.

The hotel is located quite close to many of the main attractions. Plentiful buffet breakfast with both western and Asian choices. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are very clean. We did have an issue with our door lock but, once reported was fixed very quickly. Spa serves were great! We won two complimentary massages at the New Year Eve Gala dinner. (Which was amazing) so we were very lucky.

Pool was way too cold, but lovely area to sit around. Although free minibar was included the drinks on offer were not that great.

everything was good my daughter enjoyed the pool the food that order from restaurant it was really good and you can order to bring you the food at the pool side,very convenient good service for that price

the breakfast can have improved the breakfast room is small so some people come to eat but they couldn't find a table so they must wait in the morning if you book a tour it may be possible to don't have time to wait. they have a massage service but it was not so good

Staff were delightful. Property is reasonably priced and fairly convenient to everything.

Think the cleaning of the floors very basic. Felt like I needed footware to walk on them. Travelling with family/friend I hated the see through glass between bathroom and bedroom. Not happy about that. Also asked to be moved from room with high bath/shower over. Found it dangerous and difficult for 70+. Hotel very obliging changing us to a walk-in shower although still with see through wall.
