The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s got a spacious garden, pool area is lovely and clean, the lanterns look so cosy especially at night. Our room was stunning too. Lots of character, really big and loved having a balcony too. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too. We rented the free bikes once, this is really good they offer this as it’s definitely needed in Hoi An.

For us the location isn’t that good. It’s outside the old town which we thought would be better but the walk in was pretty rough. 30+ minutes, no pavements, a few aggressive dogs en route. This shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you want to use the bikes. But for people who generally don’t mind walking, this location really isn’t the best. Other thing to note is that next door to the hotel there are two dogs who are really loud all day and night. Barking non-stop. It spoils the chance to relax by the pool to be honest. Not really the hotel at fault here of course but it does need to be mentioned as it was a problem for us.

The room was the cutest we’ve had in Vietnam so far. The pool and the grounds were quite nice too. Also clean room, which was very appreciated.

The staff was quite pushy for booking tours/cars/tailoring recommendations. You name it, they tried to get you to book it. Also, the bathroom was a pretty dumb design. floor is all different levels so it’s mega easy to trip, the shower is open concept so the whole bathroom gets wet, because the fixtures don’t actually fit the holders. finally, the bathroom really killed any sort of privacy you could want. there’s no door, only a curtain, and the walls of the bathroom don’t go all the way up to the ceiling, so it’s kind of like a stall. so everything that goes on in there is very much heard and experienced by the person in the rest of the room.

Location in town, yet near a farm. We have a great view of farm from our back balcony! There is a small wooden table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The room and bathroom are spacious. There are floor to ceiling doors/windows on 2 sides of the room. They have sheer curtains and thick curtains. There are lanterns in the front courtyard and the back - they light up at night - so beautiful! Lovely to open the balcony doors at night for air, but then mosquitoes come in. The location is near a local road, yet is very quiet at night. There are 2 benches in the room - great place for suitcases. There are also a long shelf and a wardrobe for extra storage. Outlets are on both sides of the bed. There are also working lamps on each side of the bed. We appreciated that this hotel is not in the busy beach area nor in the busy downtown area. We did not have large groups staying here - so calm and peaceful. Breakfast is available, but we chose to eat at local restaurants instead. Easy to walk to restaurants, stores and downtown area for us. Shower has consistent hot water.

You can rent a motorbike for 200,000 dong a day, but the gas tank will be empty rather than full. The sheer curtains need a good cleaning as many fingers have left dirt marks where you pull the curtains closed. In January there is much moisture in the air/room and the A/C does not work strong enough consistently to keep the room cool (especially at night) and to keep the air dry. It would be helpful to have a mosquito net over the bed.

I wrote this review on the day that we should have been checking out of the hotel. But between loving Hoi An and having such a perfect time at Blooms Boutique, we extended our stay here another 4 days. Service was wonderful, thank you Greenie, Eric and Nhi - all so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, and cleaned and replenished every day. The bed was huge and comfortable, and both the bathtub and shower very luxurious. The private balcony had a gorgeous garden view. The pool was one we have enjoyed the most during our travels through Vietnam and the rest of the grounds are tranquil. Bikes are free and plentiful, scooter hire on hand as fast as you need it, and laundry services were impeccable. The team were not short of any other services/advice you may need! (Buffalo leather shop - a great recommendation!). They helped book our My Son tour (shout out to Tin) and our boat to Cham island (a must). Location was perfect for us - off the main street, so quiet and peaceful but right in the middle of the beach and old town. Thank you to the staff who have been so genuinely caring and lovely. We will be sure to rebook and recommend to anyone visiting this wonderful place.

I loved the hotel atmosphere and the beautiful gardens, the pool and the staff who were all so courteous and helpful. It really felt like home from home and nothing was too much trouble. It truly was an amazing oasis, surrounded by nature. The front of house helped organise trips and booked taxis and scooters, even suggesting things they knew would interest you. Sometimes breakfast was cooked to order sometimes it would be a buffet, depending on the amount of guests staying. Sometimes you only had to ask if you could have a Vietnamese breakfast and one of the staff would go out to buy the particular one you wanted. Most of the rooms had a small balcony overlooking the garden. The lovely colourful lanterns lit up that garden at night, it was so pretty. I spent 10 days there and wished it could have been longer. I would most definitely like to return.

There's nothing I didn't like. I was treated like family.

Lovely big room, our balcony had the sunshine and a beautiful pink flowering tree which you could see from the room too. The bed was SO comfy, there’s a huge bath which was great and the shower is really nice. The staff were amazing. They also had free bicycles to use.

The only reason I have marked this down is because there did seem to be a bit of a damp / mould problem which wouldn’t normally bother me for a short stay but there was a leak directly above our toilet so you were dripped on constantly … and I was a bit stressed that the ceiling would fall through other than this it’s a great hotel!

The staff was kind and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. I personally used the beautiful swimming pool every morning before breakfast. The lanterns around the hotel were also a nice touch, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Eric, which was eager to assist us and catered to our needs. For instance he offered to buy the Memory Show tickets on our behalf before we got the chance to exchange the currency. His sense of service is truly exceptional and his genuine politeness and availability made our stay at this hotel a very memorable experience. Thanks also go to Greenie, who has readily arranged our pickup from the airport and at our departure, and pumped the flat tyres of the bicycles for us. Should there be a return back to Hoi An in the future, Blooms Boutique will still be our choice.

Loved the pool! the room is large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Free bike usage is also a big plus. It's an easy cycle to the old town or the beach. The staff were also very friendly.

The location makes it tricky to get taxis and grabs. We were refused every time when trying to get a taxi/grab from the old town to the hotel. The reception staff are happy to call a taxi when leaving the hotel which does help but we did find the taxi issue in town annoying so it is good to plan for bike riding or scooters instead. The breakfast wasn't special and we preferred to eat elsewhere.

It was a wonderful and quiet place with a lovely swimming pool, a spacious clean and pretty room with a stunning bathroom and phenomenal bath! Staff were so kind and helpful! Helped us plan our stay, arranged taxis for us and helped us whenever we had any questions! There are also free bikes here which allowed us to visit many places in Hoi an and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them! Also had a convenient basket on the front to put your belongings in and it came with a bike lock! We will miss this place and the staff! They’ve been truly welcoming and understanding given we accidentally checked out late (they didn’t charge us for that)! Thank you Blooms Boutique Village!
