This was a real homestay experience (not like the ones they called homestay but are in fact just guesthouses or some random rooms). The family was friendly and promptly assisted us very every time we needed anything. Our room was spotless and had a nice little balcony. The breakfast was a choice from the menu, it wasn’t a big but was good enough. The location is very good. This is within a residential area, 15 minutes walking to the centre. We really recommend and would come back if visiting Hoi an again.

There were very tiny ants in our room, some on top of the bed, on the floor and they gone inside our luggage. We told the family and they immediately came and changed the bed sheets and spread anti ants stuff. They were also very apologetic about that.

The location was really great! It's not directly in the old town so it's very quiet, but the old town is still reachable by foot. They offer breakfast for additional charge and it was definitely worth it (they even bring it to your room if you want). The owners are friendly and helpful, although most of them don't speak English. One of them even brought us Grapefruit before our departure, which we really appreciated. We rented bikes which were worth their cheap price.

Unfortunately we had ants in our room after the first night, but the owners cleaned the room for us and gave us insect spray.

Amazing stay! Such a friendly and welcoming family. Each member trying to make our stay as good as possible. One even invited my boyfriend to go play football after he found out he was a fan. The rooms were really clean and spacious. We were given fresh towels every couple of days. Hot water and good aircon. Tasty breakfast. About a 10 min walk to the old Town, but still in a nice area of Hoi An. Bicycles, scooters and laundry service available on site too. Overall, a really lovely stay!

This was a lovely little homestay in a beautiful town. It wasn’t too far from the main town and it was really quiet. There were lots of places to walk to easily for breakfast. The host was so friendly and accommodating. His English was really good, so we talked to him for a while. Laundry was inexpensive and they did it quickly. The host offered us breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the day things were expected to close because of the typhoon. Sadly, we ended up leaving a day early to get ahead of the typhoon, but we wish we could’ve stayed because the host made the experience so great.

Best homestay we’ve stayed in since being in Vietnam! The family who run the homestay are all so lovely and accommodating. They helped us book our travel onwards and cooked us an excellent breakfast. They let us check in at 6am when our bus was very ahead of schedule from Dalat. The room was also spotless and had both aircon and a fan. The walk to ancient town and shops/restaurants was only 10-20 minutes and they had free bikes to use too.

We stayed for 1 week and we felt very welcome. We got to choose between 2 rooms, which I really appreciated. The family is amazing. There are free bicycles (but only 3 are in service) They can also arrange Bus Tickets and all kind of tours. Also they can organize a cheaper taxi to da nang airport than on any Taxi App. The room was comfortable and clean! Also there is A/C and a fan. We also appreciated the hot shower.

The family are extremely nice and they provide extra services such as a motorbike rental and taxi service to the airport. The location is amazing, in a nice quiet suburb, with restaurants nearby along with supermarkets. It is perfectly positioned between the city centre and the beaches. The breakfast was really good. It is nice to experience home-cooked Vietnamese food. Overall definitely recommend.

- the family is friendly (especially if you know their language) and some great local tips were provided by staff 😊 - comfortable bed - laundry available for 25k/kg - good A/C and wifi

- only two free bicycles were available during our stay - there’s no 24/7 reception (sometimes you’ll find no one in the lobby)

We were welcomed by a nice family! The breakfast offered has various options to choose from. With bicycles available for complimentary use (though they were a bit neglected), we could reach the beach in under half an hour. The distance to the city center on foot was around 20 minutes, and there were also nearby cafes. We recommend it!

We loved our stay here, our room was perfect for what we needed and extremely good value for money. The family that run the Homestay are lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

We knew this so it wasn’t a surprise to us, but the property is about a 15 minute walk from the main area. If you don’t fancy the walk, taxis are very very cheap!
