We loved our stay at Hoi An Rustic Villa! We were very lucky to have our room upgraded - it was very spacious, had one of the comfiest beds we have had on our 4 months trip and extremely clean! The hosts were so friendly and made us feel at home at the villa. The breakfasts were also amazing! You get the option to try a local dish, followed by bread and homemade jams, a pancake and fruit! They truly spoiled us. The location is great - you get to stay in a peaceful area where you can cycle through the rice fields and to the beach but that is still close enough to the old town via a cheap Grab. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Loved the hotel, it was very aesthetically beautiful and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm (especially Sui, she was kind/friendly and so genuine!) The location was far away from the hustle and bustle of old town, and very quiet, a short bike from the beaches. Great breakfast and free bicycle rental!

Our upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the morning but that didn't take away from our stay at all. One of the hosts was adamant on reviewing a "10", which felt slightly too much and a bit pushy. Our room was humid and left our belongings slightly damp. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The owners and their team extend a hospitality that is neither forced nor rehearsed but instead exudes the natural warmth of people who genuinely care. There is no need for ostentatious gestures; their attentiveness manifests in the smallest yet most significant details—an intuitive sense of when to offer assistance and when to step back, a readiness to provide guidance without intrusion. Breakfast was not merely a meal but a moment of deep contentment: a beautifully assembled collection of local flavors, prepared with an attention that speaks less of culinary ambition and more of quiet devotion. The rooms, designed with an elegant simplicity, reflect an understanding that true luxury is not found in excess but in an environment that soothes rather than overwhelms. The villa’s location is a study in contrasts: close enough to Hoi An’s ancient streets to make exploration effortless, yet removed just enough to allow for a rare stillness. There is a kind of poetry in staying somewhere that offers both access to the vibrant hum of a city and an invitation to retreat from it. It is a rare gift, to leave a place feeling lighter than when one arrived. For that, we are grateful—and we will return.

Rooms are nice, big and very clean. Super king size beds comfortable. Staff are available and nice, and took care of us. Free bicycle available anytime.

Noisy as this is very close to the main road. This is far from the city center 30min walking or 15min by bicycle. There are not much restaurants or cafes in the street and the homestay won’t provide drinks except at the breakfast. Breakfast : banh mi or noodle soup and pancakes.

Not one to usually write reviews but an exceptional time had here. The staff went above and beyond. From ginger tea when one of us was sick and making breakfast that could be taken up to room to advising on and helping book some great day trips and tours, all was offered with a smile. Whole villa a serene spot in Hoi An and room was spacious, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. We actually extended our trip in Hoi An and felt very lucky to have more nights here. Would absolutely stay again if returning and would recommend to anyone visiting the city. Wishing the team here best of luck going forward! Katie and Owain

I love this place. It's clean, beautiful and peaceful. Queen and her family are just amazing. I fell sick the very first day there and she immediately offered to make me a ginger tea and did it again at night even though she was tired herself. It was my birthday and my friend bought me flowers, I had gone out and when I returned, the flowers were placed so nicely in a vase filled with water. This really touched me. Those small gestures they notice and do for you without having to ask is the best part. The stay might not be closer to all the major tourist attractions, however, there were bicycles we could take to move around any time of the day at the stay. The breakfast every morning was wonderful, fresh, diverse and absolutely tasty!! Can't wait to come back to this stay again someday

EVERYTHING! My stay at Hoi A Rustic Villa was amazing - the family run business is exceptional! I loved my room, it was beautiful and cleaned daily. The breakfast I had each day was fabulous and Suni really made sure that I enjoyed each morning and went out of her way to make sure that my vegetarian needs were met - she was so lovely and friendly and really made my breakfast - something to look forward to each morning! She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and organising my transport when needed! Thuay who met me on arrival was also lovely and friendly and checked each day that I was happy and asked if I needed anything. The family are so welcoming and I could not recommend the accomadation and experience of staying there enough - if I could give more than 10 STARS I would - I have recommended stating there to all my friends and family and would definitely stay there again! Beyond happy with my stay there! 🤩😍🤩

There was nothing to dislike!

This is the second time we have stayed here. And will definitely stay again. Room 10/10 - Spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and super clean. Design choice is both practical and tranquil. Staff 10/10 - The best staff. Always friendly and helpful. Just ask, and they will assist the best they can. Breakfast 10/10 - Song is amazing. The pancakes are particularly good. Something different is offered every day. The morning music and open-air dining setting are good for the soul. Location 10/10 - Not far from local market. A short bike ride to the beach in one direction and old town in another. We borrowed the free bikes every day and went exploring. The rice fields are close and particularly stunning at dawn and dusk. Facilities 10/10 - always clean and inviting. We used the pool every day.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. The room was spotless, beautifully scented, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a super cozy bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—every morning, we were served a different delicious meal consisting of three dishes, fresh fruit, aromatic coffee, and freshly squeezed juice. It was the perfect way to start the day! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. A great bonus was the free bike rental, allowing us to discover the surroundings at our own pace. Plus, the organized airport transfers made everything hassle-free. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Everyone in our group of 4 had a great time staying at the Rustic Villa. All 11 rooms are huge and the location is great about a 15 minute bike ride to the beach in one direction and the same time to the old town in the other direction. All the staff were wonderful, there is a nice small pool, free bikes and the rooms have good AC and a fridge. Breakfasts were excellent! 20m down the road is a little shop selling drinks and basic food items very cheaply. We are already planning a return visit to this villa next year!

No shower screen so water goes everywhere. We had some issues with one of the bikes as the chain kept coming off.
