Loved the hotel, it was very aesthetically beautiful and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm (especially Sui, she was kind/friendly and so genuine!) The location was far away from the hustle and bustle of old town, and very quiet, a short bike from the beaches. Great breakfast and free bicycle rental!

Our upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the morning but that didn't take away from our stay at all. One of the hosts was adamant on reviewing a "10", which felt slightly too much and a bit pushy. Our room was humid and left our belongings slightly damp. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Rooms are nice, big and very clean. Super king size beds comfortable. Staff are available and nice, and took care of us. Free bicycle available anytime.

Noisy as this is very close to the main road. This is far from the city center 30min walking or 15min by bicycle. There are not much restaurants or cafes in the street and the homestay won’t provide drinks except at the breakfast. Breakfast : banh mi or noodle soup and pancakes.

The place is ideally located - not far from the most of the worth-visiting places and far enough so it is not noisy and overwhelming. Rooms are spacious and exactly as they are shown on the photos. The pool is bigger than in many hotels we’ve stayed across South Vietnam, and breakfasts are filling and nourishing. However, what makes the Rustic Villa stand out among many other hotels is the family which owns the place - polite, attentive, willing to help and genuinely kind people. My partner started showing symptoms of dengue fever on our last day. The hosts not only told us we could stay as long as we needed, they took care of us during the whole period. The son (Le Van Vu) came to the hospital and saved us a lot of money (the staff of the hospital tried to rip us of) by suggesting another doctor and getting in touch with her. His wife and sister were very supportive and caring, offering their help every time I needed something. Getting sick in a foreign country is horrific but the family took care of us and made it much easier. And I can’t thank them enough.

We had fly delayed, but 'sisters' helped us with transport from airport. (also with transport back to da nang - all in good price) First thing after come (21:30) was not reception topics, owner asked us to sit, drink delicious tea, rest and talk then we check in - we feel there like at home. They are always nice, smile and try to do best for you. There is cheap and good washing available. There are free bikes and umbrella :) . Breakfast is different level and story, 4 dishes ! Everything is very good. Room and place are super clean and comfortable. You have to ask/buy about cooking classes - very good option, take morning classes with extra shopping in the food market with chef ! , for visit my son - better go by your own. Generally hoi an is nice place, we spend there new year party - awesome time, live music, I recommend Wanderlust Hoi An pub and restaurant . Thank you 'sisters' for everything , you do great job, We would back to you again and again

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Rustic Villa, a charming family-run hotel that left a lasting impression on me. One of the highlights of my time at Hoi An Rustic Villa was the delightful breakfast experience. Each morning, we were treated to a four-course meal that was not only fresh and delicious but also lovingly prepared with a home-cooked touch. It was a great way to start the day and appreciate the local flavors of Hoi An. During our three-night stay, we had the opportunity to explore the hotel's surroundings of the Ancient Town and relax in the tranquil atmosphere that Hoi An Rustic Villa provided. The cozy rooms were tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing or shopping in the nearby town. Overall, I highly recommend Hoi An Rustic Villa to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Hoi An. The combination of the amazing family, delicious breakfast, and comfortable accommodations made our visit truly memorable. This place is my new home…. I wish. What a great experience we had. The hosts/ family is incredibly kind and helpful in every way. Super welcoming upon check in , got us bike rentals, a ride to and from the train station, advice and where to go and what to eat, made us an amazing and different breakfast every morning . We got our laundry done, my tailor was able to deliver clothes TO me, they cleaned our room and gave us water etc each day, I truly can’t say enough about our time here. We even extended our stay 2 days on a total whim during a holiday weekend and they accommodated us no problem. Look no further BOOK THIS PROpERtY !

Stay no where else in Hoi An and get there before the prices increase as they could be charging more for the experience you get. Hands down the best accommodation we enjoyed in Vietnam. Breakfast was simply amazing and served by course and different every day while also catering for various other dietary requirements. Room spacious, cleaned and made up daily. Scooter rental easy and quality ones provided. Pool lovely when the sun hits it. Seriously don't hesitate to book this place in Hoi An. Staff above and beyond friendly and helpful. Prices for transfers are cheaper than Grab. Seriously nothing else you could ask for. Deserves 11/10. Well done to everyone working at this place. You are what makes it so special.

My stay in the Hoi An Rustic Villa has been one of the best during my Vietnam Travel so far. Particularly I would like to highlight the friendliness of all people who work there. They are sincere and support you in any circumstances. The breakfast is also outstanding, especially the self-made jam served with fresh baguette is worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and the beds are comfy. When I arrived there was a decent cinnamon smell which felt very welcoming. You can also bicycles for free in order to ride to Hoi An City Center. That’s probably a 10 min ride.

This villa is beautiful, leafy and spacious. The bedroom was huge, the bed was also large and there was plenty of storage space in the room. The en-suite bathroom was spacious. The bedroom was cleaned daily and two free water bottles were also provided daily. The owners are friendly. There is a swimming pool. The outdoor eating area is beautiful too. Bikes are provided for free for cycling into town or to the beach. There is free breakfast. We had noodle soup, banana pancakes, scrambled eggs, bread and fruit. The hosts allow early check in/ late check out if there is availability.

The property is quite far from central Hoi An. It’s about 40 mins+ by foot or 15-20 mins cycling in. Cycling can be a bit chaotic at some junctions where there is essentially no right of way. The bikes provided by the villa are quite old. The chain kept dropping off one of the bikes we borrowed. The WiFi at the villa is quite slow and kept cutting out. There aren’t many good restaurants in the area by the villa so you usually have to go into Hoi An town for food. Breakfast is served as 3-4 courses however you aren’t able to select what food you want beforehand. This results in a lot of food wastage if people don’t want that particular food or if you’re already full but served more food. It would be better if a menu was provided so that guests can select what they want to eat.

The host was amazing! Very friendly, accommodating and provided lots of advice and guidance during our stay! We did the cooking class and my son tour via the hotel which was easy and very enjoyable! Even when it rained/was stormy! The room and facilities were amazing, lovely bamboo decor with a modern touch, spacious and extremely clean, the bed was amazing. Good value for money, an epic breakfast which changes daily but you're not left hungry! Just a short walk/bicycle ride into the main town and equally - the beach as well in the opposite direction. This was a lovely stop gap in between the cities of Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh to relax, which was certainly enhanced by staying here.
