Amazing venue, area, rooms & facilities, pool, cleanliness, location ...

Check-in staff pretty brutal in insisting for me to pay extra, according to some policies they exhibited that did not match the ones I saw when booked (staff decided the cost for kid once they see the kid :), i.e. age; no kidding! I insisted that I payed for an extra adult and they should check with booking.com, but they were very inflexible. Booking reacted fast when I sent a clarification request and eventually it was ironed out and they apologized. Breakfast was pretty sad ...

The mattress and the bed linen were so soft and cosy, and really nice bathroom facilities which are always very important to me in a hotel. The hotel also offers free bicycles for you to use, I took full advantage of something that was FREE and cycled 30+ km on my 1st day hehe Cycling around definitely became my highlight in Hoi An as the town is surprisingly very flat and easy to cycle! The staff were the highlight though. Such good service especially from the girl at reception Tuyet, I didn't realize the villa closed at 10pm and I was drinking with friends in the old quarter, Tuyet called me to tell me and even came to pick me up on her bike after she finished work to bring me back to the hotel (not something the hotel offers, but a super sweet gesture), I also needed to top up my phone but I didn't know how? With her help I was able to get internet and make calls again, something I wouldn't have figured out by myself:) So the hotel facilities are good, the room is nice and there's a pool if you like to swim but I'd highly recommend Riverside Bamboo just for the staff, from the cleaners to the groundskeeper. They're all so lovely and helpful, and made my 2 short nights and a 5 star experience, I will be back next time I'm in Hoi an and I'm looking for something a bit more luxury:)

My only gripe is that they didn't have a card machine so I had to go to an ATM to pay for checkout with cash. A girl in reception informed me though that they are working on getting one though.

Very nice, quite property on a small bike ride away from Hoi An. The room is large and clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Breakfast was also good (you can choose between Vietnamese breakfast or western breakfast) and they provide free bikes which we made good use of.

Nice comfortable clean hotel located in a quiet area. It has cafes,restaurants and minimarts very close too. Best thing about this place though was the hotel staff,so welcoming and accommodating,they made our stay extra special, would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and the pool was brilliant! The location is a quick pedal cycle trip away from the old town and next door offer cheap mopeds to rent

All the staff are very friendly and helpful!! Nice Vietnamese style villa and beautiful swimming pool. Our kids are very happy with swimming pool. We can choose breakfast the day before. I would recommend to try nice local Vietnamese breakfast. 10min taxi to Old Town. Very nice and quiet resort.

Enjoyed the use of the bicycles to get around town and the pool was great also Stayed 4 nights Highly recommend

Nice location, quiet, easy bike or taxi ride away from Hoi An and the beach, nice swimming pool, spacious rooms, friendly personnel: when we forgot our phone in a taxi, the receptionist did everything he could to help us to find the taxi and phone again and he succeeded.
