We had a wonderful stay in Hoian Sincerity hotel during our trip to Hoi An. The hotel location is perfect. It is not far from the old town and there are many different restaurants around. There is also a playground in front of the hotel for the kids. The swimming-pool is very nice and clean. What we love the most about Sincerity hotel is the very kind, friendly and helpful staffs. They are always there to help and try to make you feel like home ❤️. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. You can have fresh and hot noodle soup every morning cooked with loves. This is the second time we have stayed at the Hoi An Sincerity Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there again. The hotel is located out of the old city which may deter some people but to overcome this they have shuttle busses running into the city and to the beach regularly each day. Also the Hotel is only a 10 minute walk to old city so you have the option to walk in and then catch the shuttle back. There are several smaller restaurant located near the hotel which are worth a visit. We tried the restaurant in the Hotel several times where the food was excellent and priced at a level that made it worthwhile eating there if that suited you. We used the pool each day which is large and well maintained, we swam mid morning and late in the afternoon to keep out of the hot sun. They have a seats around the pool that provide relief from the sun. There is a Gym that is a bonus that was regularly used. The cost of the hotel is value for money for what is provided. The breakfasts are a buffet style consisting of both traditional western food and was a highlight of the morning. Customer service is a high priority at this hotel with all staff being very proficient. All staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Special thanks to Flora, Vicki, Jasmine, Chris, Michael, Ken and Gin and all others that looked after us. We look forward to our next visit. Return visitors - staff are personable and lovely - they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Big shout-out to Hieu and Flora at front desk, also Ken (Tiger). Also big thanks to Gin and Jasman (Restaurant Managers) for their service who we met on a previous visit. All the staff are lovely, kind, and caring and really work hard to ensure our stay is perfect. This hotel has lovely large rooms and a great swimming pool especially if you want to do lengths. The hotel is between the old town and the beach so it is a perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes/restaurants in walking distance. A shuttle is available but you can hire motorbikes from a small family business just across the park. Breakfasts are amazing, got to try the Vietnamese ice coffee and the croissants are the best have tried. Thank you Sincerity, you are the BEST.

Everything was great.

The hotel offered us free bicycles to use throughout the day which we used a lot, it was so convenient. The staff were so very helpful - they went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The night we arrived someone sat down to talk through a map and recommended places we should visit. Any issue we had was taken care of quickly. The pool was lovely and the breakfast at the hotel next door had a lot of variety which we appreciated!

Although the pool had no smoking signs, there were ashtrays and people smoking by the pool - which wasn't pleasant for us. Twice in our 4 nights we had no hot water. Which was quite unpleasant. They did fix it the first time but the second time it happened was our last night and it was late so no one could fix it.

Great location, great personnel and great rooms, at a very reasonable price! It was few guests at the hotel during our stay here, so the breakfast was served in the somewhat more premium neighbour hotel, and was absolutely top class (Except for lousy coffee, as was the fact in all hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. This hotel actually had an espresso machine in the breakfast restaurant, however nobody seemed to know how to operate it and they only used it to store cups on). They also had a free shuttle bus to the old town and to the beach, which was very convenient, however taxis are so cheap that we did not use the bus too much.

The rooms are not very well noise isolated, so you have to keep your fingers crossed for quiet neighbours. We stayed here for six nights, and this was thankfully only a problem one of the nights.

We spent 4 days here and had a great time. The staff excedes at being helpful and friendly and helped us with many different things. They have a shuttle service to the old town and to the beach (where you get free sunbeds and parasols). We made frequent use of these transfers and it made the hotel's location ideal for us. We rent bikes for free and made a very nice tour through the rice fields (just around the corner). The room was spacious, clean and utterly comfortable. There is also a gym which has enough equipment to do a (at least small) workout. It also has an ac. Thank you to the team of the hotel who madr our stay a remarkable and wonderful experience.

We had the best stay and if we come to Hoian again would hands down stay here again. The room was big and clean, the staff were super friendly and all knew us by name. Superb breakfast spread! The pool and beds were great. It's a 20 minute walk from the centre which I don't think is far but they put on a free shuttle to the town and to the beach which was a really nice touch.

The only thing I would say was that we came back from breakfast the first morning and the cleaner was in our room. We were due to get a shuttle so wasn't great timing but it was a very minor thing and we just put the do not disturb sign up the next time.

We loved everything about this hotel! So much so, we extended our stay and would have stayed even longer had it not been fully booked. The staff is absolutely fantastic - every single member of staff is so helpful and friendly. By far the best service we have received in Vietnam so far. We stayed in the family room for three nights then moved to a connecting room to extend our stay. Both have plenty of space for a family of four with everything you could possible need. We had laundry done which was reasonable priced and came back within the day. The pool is really lovely and our children loved playing in it. It is kept immaculate with staff clearing the area constantly. There are pool towels available all day and the beds are very comfortable. My husband also enjoyed using the gym on a daily basis. Breakfast contained a vast variety - there is definitely something for everyone, including freshly cooked eggs. Our children especially loved breakfast. Although the property is a few mins drive out of Hoi An centre, the hotel provides a shuttle service which is fantastic! They will take you to Hoi An or to An Bang beach. You can also borrow the bikes. All in all this is a brilliant hotel and I 100% recommend it to any type of traveller.

Absolutely everything - as always. This is our 4th visit to Sincerity as we live in Da Nang. It's our go-to place when we need to relax and know we will be looked after by every single member of staff. The room is always comfortable, beds are amazing. The pool is perfect for everyone; a small shallow area for kids, and a long enough, deeper pool for swimming. Buffet breakfast is amazing, lots of western and Vietnamese options - the coffee is perfect to set up the day There are shuttle services for the town and the beach - we always use our own bike but it shows the level of service they provide for customers.

Location was good. Although 1km from Ancient Town, bikes were good and it’s a straightforward ride to town. Plus there are some great cafes within walking distance so not always needing to go far. The pool was excellent, especially for families. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel felt a bit abandoned, not a lot of staff and the whole reception and ground floor didn’t have a lot of atmosphere. We had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast which was a bit strange to start with but an easy walk on the ground level as the pool’s areas are adjoining. The rooms could do with a bit of a facelift but for the money and a family holiday we would consider staying again.
