fell in love immediately the moment I arrived at the hotel. Hotel has amazing infinity pool overlooking Thu Bon river. My family stayed there 5 nights and we loved having coffee in the hotel’s terrace with countryside fresh air. Hotel has very nice small garden, quite calm & peaceful. Room is well-equipped, clean. As a Vietnamese, I adore the hotel cultural concept and their signature wooden furniture. Staff are friendly & helpful! Chef Hai made really delicious local food!

It would be great if they start serving afternoon cocktails!

My time at Nghê Prana Villa & Spa in Hoi An was marvelous. The staff was always very kind and available. Nee checked us in and was tremendously lovely. The room was spacious and spotless. Comfortable big bed. The water temperature and pressure were just right. The cleanliness was immaculate. The pool is bigger than what the pictures suggest and the breakfast was plentiful and diverse. I had high hopes for this stay according to the reviews I read but it was better than my expectations. I highly recommend this stay.

This hotel is a good 30/40 min walk to the city center. This was not a problem for me as I wanted some calm and relaxing days and the hotel provided free bikes to get to the center (around 10 min cycling). This turned out to be a lovely way to know the island and the center. Nevertheless, this is something to be considered depending on your mobility and willingness to cycle. I found this stay so so nice that even if you were to take a (supercheap) taxi to get to the city center it would be worth it.

Very peaceful place to relax. It is not too far from old town and you have your own peaceful river front. Room is good size, eco friendly without plastic water bottle and amenities. You can also ask them to refill drink water. Breakfast was good with hot dishes (different type of soup everyday), sandwiches, fruits, juice yogurts, cereals, tea and coffee. Nice swimming pool, good sauna in basement (a bit weird though). I also recommend you to try their massage, really good and relaxing. Free bicycle using. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Thanks Dung and Tram for warm welcoming us at Nghe Prana.

A non official staff has weird attitude at the beginning but after that it's fine.

A fantastic tranquil boutique and well positioned comfortable retreat like hotel/villa establishment with open uninterrupted river and sunset views big enough to afford the 5 star quality service enjoyed by the big brands yet small enough to enjoy the pool the deck the common areas of the place in peace, quiet and in relaxation and to get good rest. The spa services are also amazing. Yummy (Yumi?) at the front desk was very attentive, good front desk manager and definitely a first class quality hotel operator, very experienced too. In fact the whole staff team is dedicated reliable and very good in the hospitality business. I can see this newly developed place only increasing in its popularity plus its a perfect place for quick access to Hội An ancient town with free bikes on offer from the hotel and quality morning walks along the footpath that surrounds cam nam alongside the river. It's a unique and wonderful place and perfect spot to rejuvenate and recharge the batteries good for every age traveler

Nghe Prana is a lovely hotel. Very light and airy in a beautiful position on a tributary on the estuary. Rooms are comfortable, modern and clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were exceptional, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The bicycles were a bonus and the staff helped us hire a moped to explore further. We would love to stay again.

Very quiet place for relaxing stay

Rooms are elegantly appointed and clean, the pool affords fantastic views of the river, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. A great value in Hoi An!

It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare, but on the bikes provided, it is a very easy flat ride to everything in Hoi An town. The hotel’s main entrance is very understated, so don’t expect a grand foyer. But what you get instead are wonderful views from your amazing room, a fabulous sunset by the pool and very lovely people who will take great care of you. I particularly enjoyed the hot stone massage (by Thuin the masseuse). We were there in March ‘23 and had absolutely no problem with mosquitoes.

The coffee could be better.

We loved our stay at the Nghe Prana hotel. It's a little off the beaten track, tucked away on the riverside, about a 20min walk or a 5min ride from the edge of old town, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. A perfect escape. Breakfast was great, staff are lovely, and programming options (scooter rentals, tours, etc.) were fun.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The shower is a bit leaky, but that was easily solved with an extra towel on the floor. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it.

This hotel was amazing in every way - the location is great - 20 min walk from old town, or short cycle - in a lovely local area. the view from the pool across the river is even better than the photos. We were travelling as a family across Vietnam and my daughter had her birthday while we were there - and i wanted somewhere special to celebrate - Nghe Prana exceeded my expectations- the spa was lovely and the staff really made her birthday special - special thanks to Katie who was amazing helping me sort everything and organising cake and flowers from the hotel, Quy who expertly wrapped my daughters presents for me ! and Vy who was also so lovely. We also ate lunch at the hotel when we arrived and the food was really good,it has a lovely bar with happy hour cocktails during the afternoon. We were so reluctant to leave - and hope to come back one day.
