- beautiful room, nice tiles and comfy bed - they let us check in at 8am, which was great! - spacious bathroom, with an actual bath - minibar - staff was great! Always helpful, they gave us a ride to the old town, arranged our taxi and made sure we made it to the meeting point to catch our bus to Ninh Binh. They can also organise the bus if you need it too. - water bottle refill - free use of bikes to get to the own town (5-min ride) - great value for money!

Nothing really! We couldn’t use the pool because it rained 2 days straight, so we basically spent most of our time in the room and ordered grab. Beautiful place to do that too haha - maybe they could include some vegan options for breakfast. In that case, we would’ve tried their food :)

Na and the whole staff were extremely warm, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was the most comfortable! We loved the location as it was a nice motorbike ride to the old quarter and to the busy area of Hoi An. It was a quiet part of town, neighborhood was gorgeous, pool was clean, and we rented a motorbike directly from them for our 5 night stay. The room was so spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular (pictured)! Absolutely recommend this spot. Surrounded by beautiful trees and so many fruit trees. You’ll feel like you have a home while visiting. We will most definitely return here when we visit again. Thanks so much Rural Villa, we had the best time!

The service! Na, the girl that hosted us when we arrived, was most helpful. She had so many recommendations for things in the area. Breakfast and laundry was easily arranged at any moment that you wanted. They prepare it fresh. We came in early before check in and we could leave our luggage, got some cold water and could lend a bicycle straight away. After check out we had to wait for our bus and Na gave us some fresh fruit for the wait!

We booked it knowingly it was a bit “further away” from the old center (not walking distance) But that was no problem what so ever because of the bicycles.

Great location, loved being a bit away from the old town and super easy ride in. Nice room with balcony and bathroom, pool is amazing. Everyone working there was lovely and helped us all the time. Bikes were free and that was fun, motorbikes were a good price! Good food spots if you turn left out of the Main Street instead of right towards the old town.

Pillows were hard but no real complaints

Na was amazing, so friendly and so helpful. As soon as we arrived, she sat us down gave us a glass of cool water and talked us through all the tours and activities there were to do in Hoi an. Room was lovely, clean and spacious and came with complimentary soaps and toothbrush/paste sets - heads up though the body wash was whitening, so maybe bring your own if you don't want whitening soap. Also really loved the free bikes we got given to cycle into the old town.

The room was same as shown in the images. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean with a nice bathtub where you get hotwater 24*7. Freebicycles were provided which was very helpful to explore Hoi An. Worth staying here. They also helped us to book bus tickets to our next destination. The ambience of the room is very peaceful. Definitely come andstay here again next time.

First hotel of our trip in the country where I felt it was super extra clean. Comfy beds, bedding great, clean towels. Wifi 10/10,same goes for staff. Pool well maintained. Everything great I cannot wait to come back!

It's a little away from the old town but easily accesible by bike, motorcycle or grab :)

- Wrong information on booking.com description: 1) Normal bathtub instead of whirlpool bathtub. Really needs to be corrected! 2) Bikes not free anymore (30k per day and person) but still listed as free on booking. We got them for free because of this mistake - Breaks of the bikes don't work well and no lights. Safety issue! - Door needs slight fixing (doesn't open easily) - Just shower gel (which skin bleach) and shampoo but no soap by default. (but we got it a few hours after asking for it)

Host was very helpful, very attentive to our needs since I booked. Organised a taxi to lift us from the airport, free bike rental to the town, laundry facilities available and ready within 1 day. Planned a tour of the coconut boat boats with a driver at a good price. Bedroom was spacious and everything you need & another taxi to take us to our next location. Thanks for having us 🥰

The place cute and so was the room with the balcony and the bathtub. We were delighted by the kind and thoughtfull service of the lobby boy. He helped us and advised for many little things always with a great smile and provided a great service. All dreamy and perfect time there !
