The hotel is brand new and looks great and quite modern, clean and well maintained. We loved the roof top pool - a great place to chill out away from the noice on the ground, although it is quite small and it cannot handle all guest from the hotel, there are only 8 sun beds, so go early on time if you want to use that facility. Breakfast was also very good

1. Be prepared that they will request to have your passports for your entire stay! we found that very weired. we traveled a lot around Vietnam and this was the only place where they wanted us to leave our original passports with them throughout the entire stay. We refused to do that and had to discuss with them for over 20 minutes, at the end they let us have our passports and just made a copy. Apparently this is a state regulation, however I would never leave my passport to anyone. 2. Don’t book boat tours from the hotel. The company they work with (Let’s Fly Travel) is awful. They brought us to horrible places and and it was a loss of time for us. We wanted to quite after 1 hour and it was a big drama… Just don’t use that company for any tours.

December hotel has a good scent, tasty breakfast, nice views, good service… And especially i got free upgrade to a better room. Next time when i visit Nha Trang city someday, i will be back here again.

It’s hard to find something i don’t like from this hotel

Great new hotel at a good price. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Towels are changed daily. A good, varied breakfast. The hotel is located on a quiet street. The pool on the roof of the building has an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpful

I would like a greater variety of fruits for breakfast. A fairly modest gym (but during the rest I saw only a couple of people in it). Laundry services seemed quite expensive (especially if you plan to wash a lot of things). A new building is building nearby, so it can be quite noisy in the morning if you sleep with an open balcony

Fantastic, brand new hotel. Sparkling clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Huge choice at breakfast and never felt too busy or had to queue or wait for anything. Room was spacious with big comfortable bed. Lovely robes and flip-flops provided. All in all it was outstanding value for money. Great location too. Plenty of restaurants, bars and beach a short walk away.

The beautiful rooftop pool would have been even more enjoyable if: 1. It wasn't so difficult to get a drink (and when you did manage to track someone down, most of the items on the menu were unavailable) 2. They occasionally changed the music. The short playlist remained the same for the entire week we were there. 3. There were less ladies taking selfies - YAWN!

Great Hotel I had a very pleasant stay at December hotel Nha Trang and I couldn’t stop telling for friends and family about this paradise city and this amazing newly built hotel, This hotel provide very good service with very high standard, All staff were friendly and helpful+professional, Ms Tram suggests to me to stay in this great hotel through a friend of mine who live in Melbourne Australia and I had great experience staying here, Thank you Ms Tram:) From the reception, Ms Cloudy organized Taxi to take me I-resort hot springs with discount vouchers as soon as I arrived at the hotel, that was what I wanted to do on that day. Thank you Ms Cloudy:) Ms Thu she surprised me by upgrading my room from 10 floor to 22 floor with great sea view and balcony, WOW Thank you Ms Thu:) From breakfast restaurant Ms Le give me very kind and professional services, she is a very kind and thoughtful person, ohh I can’t forget her kind services, Thank you Ms Le:) Mr Sunny organized my flight ticket to back to Ho Chi Minh city with hotel pick up taxi to airport, Thank you Mr Sunny:) Also all other stuff from lobby cafe, swimming pool and also the housekeeping they are all very friendly and helpful, All the staff here they make you feel home. Amazing hotel, only just opened . Beautifully designed with the most incredible roof top pool with views that go on forever . staff were exceptionally kind and friendly , helped with booking transfers for us and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible . Sunny and Lien were an amazing team . Breakfast was really good , plenty of variety in an amazing restaurant and the location is great for proximity to lots of local eateries . Price was great value for money . Would never stay anywhere else again in Nha Trang .

It was all new, with a comfortable bed and s nice design; I had a room with a nice balcony and view to the ocean; I also like the pool area and the vegan breakfast; the staff members were super nice, always smiling and helping me with my specific requests; I felt very good taken care of; initially I wanted only to stay for a few days and I kept extending to over two weeks because I liked it so much. Highly recommended!

there was some noise from bars and clubs in the vicinities of the hotel in the night.

The hotel was beautiful and rooms were really well designed and had everything you need. The shower was fantastic, bed was really comfortable and there was a choice of pillows too. The breakfast was really good, with lots of choices to cater for eastern and western tastes with freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The staff were particularly excellent and spoke really good English. in particular, Sunny was brilliant and could assist you with queries and solve any issues quickly. We had a slight problem in our stay and Sunny resolved it very quickly and ensured our stay continued to be enjoyable. The location is good too with bars and restaurants nearby and the beach a short walk.

There was building work going on at the side of the hotel facing the sea, no fault of the hotel and of course there’s always building work going on in Vietnam! It didn’t really bother us though. There was also some maintenance work going on in the hotel, but it is a brand new building and again, it didn’t really affect us, but might bother some people.

December hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The hotel is very modern, kept immaculate and I loved all the food options for breakfast. I found the staff in every area to be incredibly friendly, polite and willing to go above and beyond. Thanks to Sunny and his team for making me feel so welcome and comfortable.

- Reception staff were polite and helpful. They followed my trip here, which is nice for a solo traveler. - Room was fully new, with a very good equipment. Big size room, big size bed and very comfortable. I enjoyed the great bathroom too.

- Spa and pool bar were not open because the building is new, when I came here. - Only 6 seatings on the pool which is a pity because it is always full. Not realistic of the size of the hotel. Maybe they could put some seats on the upstairs terrace during day.
