Lovely hotel. I had a nice big room 303 with comfy bed & pillows. Nice big bathroom area and good shower. Fridge. Friendly staff. Lots of coathangers and a rack in bathroom to dry laundry. Awesome location. Amazing statues and wooden furniture in lobby. Chain to lock door from inside but a loose fitting one. Good however for solo women travellers.

Kettle provided but no tea or coffee or cups. The taxi organised by hotel was a disaster. Staff told me it only took 30 minutes to get to airport but it was 45 mins. Plus the driver turned up in unmarked car and he was 15 mins late. He spoke almost no English and was texting while driving. And he dropped me off at the international terminal even though I told him I was going to Ho Chi Minh. So I ended up missing my flight and had to wait several hours for the next one.

The front desk staff was very helpful and amazing. The location was right off the beach with many attractions. We made sure they were tipped well from the evening to morning staff. One slight let down was we only got one room key so we weren't able to keep the room nice and cool. One of the latches for a window was broken from a previous guest and so it was letting the AC escape bc we couldn't shut/seal it completely and they couldn't fix it even though we requested it. But I guess we didn't mind bc the room has a beautiful view of the beach so it was a trade off.

The maids were demanding of tips. When we asked for more towels and tissue paper they asked for tip first lol. Although we thought that was rude we made sure to tip them well at the end.

I like because it's quite, and clean, they clean every day the room it's a old style but I like old. It's a huge space, big Bathroom and nice view. Also I like because in the road where it's the hotel you find anything, shops, food and washing machines+ supermarket open 24/7. Underground car park for Moto or car.. Nice staff at the reception: And yes: the reception 🔊 speak English. So it's a nice place ... Close to ⛵ sea. Just 2 minutes far. It's in town centre . Just good time. 😀

Friendly & personal service The staff were all very friendly & helpful, & no request for assistance was a problem for them. The room was very spacious, clean, & had the amenities I needed. Great central location, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, beach, the tourist sites & so on…

The staff were great, as was the location. Perfect for the beach, massage and bars/restaurants. The bed in my room was very hard and prevented me from sleeping, so I asked to move and the receptionist was very helpful - I’d received a free upgrade to the bigger room, with a window, but they moved me to my original room and the bed was much softer and I was very grateful.

Quiet place in a complex area. Super close to Trần Phú street, can be walked around 1-2 minutes to be at the beach.

The blanket seems not really clean, some stains are left on it. But it’s quiet acceptable to me. Everything else is pretty nice.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants, shops… The room was very comfortable, good AC in the room and nice staff.

The shower in the toilets was not very practical : the bathroom ended up quite flooded

Soundproofing can be improve, WE Can hear the music from outside in my room ( not too late fortunately) and I had back Luck that I had a group of german that arrived my last night with no respect of other guest (door open, chatting together from different floor, Scream during all night) but this is not the fault of the hôtel.

The room was a 8, but the staff was so extremely helpful and commitet that I give a 10. Also the price was low and the location perfect. To the facts: + Good location, very near the beach + clean + New bathroom (but rusty faucets) + very helpful lady at the reception (she helped me with my bus reservation and called for me the hotline to fix it, and when she saw that my bus goes shortly she booked a taxi for me very fast)

it was not clear for me when I booked, that the room has no window (but perhaps my fault, I booked in a hurry)

Big beautiful place with the sea view, perfect location.

701 had a problem with water in the bath tub, it was either too hot, or cold and the water pressure was extremely low when you try to switch it from hot to colder. Was not pleasant to take a shower, on the verge of being burnt or frozen. But I stayed there for one night, so just had to bear it.
