Lovely hotel next to the beach and in the city center Well very well kept with all comforts you can think of, new comfy mattress, shower with glass door (Yuppii no wet bathroom), safe, AC. The hotel is very quiet as on a side road behind the Main Street. Breakfast is served and there is choice between Vietnamese and western food. It was filling. The pool is clean and big enough for a few laps Cleaning done everyday with all replaced and fresh towels. Wi-Fi worked well everywhere. And only one password or network in all floors which is a plus in VN. Ladies at reception spoke well English. Not given in VN. She helped with looking for buses.

It was very near the beach and a lot of stores and restaurants, spas around the hotel. The staff of front desk, Mr.SON was exceptionally helpful to us. He was so kind and informative. He arranged us the taxi from the hotel to the airport of reasonable price, no more than Grab taxi. It was a good choice to stay before the departure to airport around 11pm with cheap price.

Nothing special. The hotel is some old and needs to be renovated. But the price was so cheap. You can accept it if you choose the price.

The location close to the beach is perfect for my needs. The rooms themselves are very nicely organized and always neat and clean with good lighting and wifi. Staff are very helpful and attentive and provide a very good level of service.

The street the hotel is located on a side street and this was being dug up and construction taking place, making access sometimes a little tricky, with a lot of loose stones, mud, sand and debris.

The staff were absolutely amazing so helpful and so friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Also got a free room upgrade. The location is amazing right next to the beach and the alley at front has everything you need. A supermarket laundry a bar with a pool table. And a ton of massage parlours.

Central location close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Nice beach view either side of the building in front. Room was very big and clean with storage space and a kettle and fridge. Quiet room, made up daily. We arranged late check out at 6pm for 200,000 dong. Reception staff very pleasant.

Slight smoke smell in the room when entering. Hotel is a bit tired but worth the price paid. Breakfast was cheap but poor, no choice, just chicken noodles, limp lettuce, watermelon and swiss roll delivered to our table. A bit odd but the noodles were nice anyway.

This is a hotel I’ve stayed in a lot and I’ve always had a good experience. The location is close to places I need to go, there are multiple shops and amenities nearby and it is easy to travel to the hotel from the train station. The staff are more than helpful and friendly. The room is neat and tidy every time and comes with everything I need.

Sometimes noise in the corridor was loud, especially in the early evening.

Sun City is excellent. Especially the lovely ladies at reception and the manager who really could not do enough for you. Always friendly and available for a little chat. Rooms were cleaned daily and have all the facilities you would expect. I had my room upgraded to sea views without asking . This is an excellent hotel and really good value for money.

I think the ladies at reception should be paid more.

The hotel is located in an ideal place for the activities I am doing in Nha Trang, being close to the beach and also my diving instructor’s office. Rooms are always neat and tidy, with good facilities in the hotel generally. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Noise from nearby businesses and from the beachfront could be an issue sometimes.

Location is very close to the beach. Staff was welcoming and allowed us to store luggage after checkout. Pool was nice. Room was spatious and clean. Air conditioner worked well.

The building is a little bit old. No shadow in the pool area. If you open window, very noisy on the street.

The location is perfect, right by the beach and very close to anything you might need. The view from the room and the restaurant/pool were great!

When we were there it was rather empty and we rarely saw other visitors. Because of that they didn’t offer the breakfast buffet, but made us breakfast when we came to the restaurant, but it wasn’t a big issue at all.
